To this she said oh I'm sorry due to lesser staff we are a bit slow in replacing items on racks. I paid for my bread and left. As soon as I sat in the car I knew this wasn't an great excuse she should have asked me to bring back the product and the receipt and should have honored an exchange or return. This is the least they got have done. I hate to write poor reviews just because of one staff did not know how to tackle a legit concern/issue. This could have been easily fixed by her asking me to bring back the product.
