Our family had an incredibly disappointing experience with Worthington. I feel it's necessary to…read morewarn other people about this company before they entrust thousands of dollars and their home renovation to this company. We're converting attic space into an additional bedroom and approached Worthington in July in hopes that they might be the right company to bring the project to fruition. They pitched themselves as a white glove service that would handle all aspects and coordination of the project from tip to tail in a timely manner. We were willing to pay a premium for that service which is why we were so alarmed when right off the bat it seemed we had to push to get anything done, even getting an updated contract for a feasibility study took over two weeks. Once we signed the contract and paid for the study it took numerous points of contact and more than two weeks before we were informed when the study would be completed, without even checking with us to see if we were available. In the midst of all this chaos we decided to go with another company that was more proactive and communicative. We informed Worthington that because of all of these difficulties we weren't moving forward with the study and politely requested a refund for the study that was never completed. The designer we worked with was apologetic and agreed that a refund was acceptable given the fact that the study hadn't been completed and her lack of responsiveness. After a week went by without a refund or any communication, we reached out again only to have an extremely rude woman tell us that there will be no refund for the incomplete study and accepted zero responsibility for our disappointing experience. The disrespect she showed our family during this conversation was shocking and has no place in a conversation with any customer. If this is the way Worthington does business, we consider ourselves lucky to have only lost the initial fee instead of paying a massive premium for a lengthy and frustrating home renovation experience.

They will set a realistic expectation with you on what can and can't be done to the aesthetics of your vehicle. Remember they are working with top tier material not taking off pieces of your vehicles body, resanding, body work ... i only day that because some people think vehicle wraps will make their car dents go away, and while it helps lol it won't be perfect. That being said, the owner is a refreshing and honest business owner who breaks his back to make sure his customers are truly satisfied. I was an employee for a while and I can't even explain the amount of sacrifices he himself made (not mentioning the employees) to make every customer I saw (hugeee fleets and semis, boats, etc everything) as happy as possible. Now that I've had a chance to be a customer I can say full spectrum that this is the best vehicle wrap team you can find. Great group of people there and I'm looking forward to bringing more vehicles back in the future.
