A family member has gone through a small fleet of vehicles over the years in their business and had each one wrapped by DDN, all of them looked great even years later. First, this team is number 1 because they only do vehicle wraps. I wish everyone understood how important that is. They will set a realistic expectation with you on what can and can't be done to the aesthetics of your vehicle. Remember they are working with top tier material not taking off pieces of your vehicles body, resanding, body work ... i only day that because some people think vehicle wraps will make their car dents go away, and while it helps lol it won't be perfect. That being said, the owner is a refreshing and honest business owner who breaks his back to make sure his customers are truly satisfied. I was an employee for a while and I can't even explain the amount of sacrifices he himself made (not mentioning the employees) to make every customer I saw (hugeee fleets and semis, boats, etc everything) as happy as possible. Now that I've had a chance to be a customer I can say full spectrum that this is the best vehicle wrap team you can find. I am thrilled with their work. I had a full vinyl wrap applied in 2014 and when I needed to change information they were even able to update a portion of the wrap to reflect the changes needed. I had them remove it in 2018 and just as they promised there was damage to the paint when it was removed. The wrap was still in good shape I just wanted a different design and look forward to doing it again. read more

My experience was horrible !! Please do your homework and get whatever they tell you in writing . A $3000 job turned into a $11,000.. a perfect storm of miscommunication I guess. Any company should be able to handle the "good", its when things go "wrong" you find out the real "soul" of a company. And in my experience; this company is lacking integrity. After speaking with the owner , he made it clear he was more interested in money then a positive reputation.. poor business practices , poor communication .. sad that a business owner would sell his integrity/company image for so little , but then again , maybe their that desperate to compete with other business owners in his chosen field that "get it".. please do the homework before considering investing in these folks ! read more

Please see my google review for pictures. I was really hoping to avoid going this route, but I am beyond upset about how my situation was handled. I have a modified 2017 Mustang GT and 2017 Silverado that I was looking for complete wraps for. Even though I am from Louisville, KY, I'm a believer that you get what you pay for and decided to drive my vehicles to Indianapolis to be wrapped after proofs we're approved and payment was sent, no questions asked. My truck wasn't running at that exact time so I initially took the Mustang up to get a colorshift wrap. A week later I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup. I eagerly made my way to the shop, but as soon as I started walking around the vehicle there were glaring issues: The car hadn't been completely prepped, leaving visuals blemishes under the wrap in multiple areas, there was creasing in the vinyl itself in multiple places and lastly, even though I had sat down with the individual who said he would be handling the wrap and explained to him the air ride suspension on the vehicle and that it COULD NOT be aired out or it would sit on the fenders, it was done anyways, leaving one of the fenders bent. After some back and forth, John assured me it would be taken care of, along with re-doing anything in the wrap that needed to be done. He said that they were extremely busy and the original installer I talked to didn't touch the car, it was other installers. As a small business owner I appreciated this as mistakes can happen and I like to give the benefit of the doubt. I also texted the original installer and ask him to PLEASE look over the vehicle for any problems. The next time I came (after I was assured it was perfect), they had the vehicle parked in the sun and the glaring areas looked better. I felt satisfied and left. When I got home under natural light (the wrap is very blinding in the sunlight), I began to notice things here and there. Multiple glaring patches where things had been cut incorrectly and instead of re-doing it they just patched it, creasing here and there, lines not being tucked correctly, but MOST importantly, knife slips throughout the vehicle where the bodywork (and taillight) had been cut into. The issue with this is you can only see a certain extent of these...there could be much more under the wrap itself, and I won't know the full extent until I remove the wrap. I will be updating this or potentially removing it if this is handled in the correct manner, but this situation is literally keeping me up on a Sunday night because I put a lot of stock in my vehicles and now I'm left with one that has been cut up and a wrap that was supposed to be very standout with blemishes throughout the entirety. Update: I removed this review under the pretense that they PROMISED it would all be taken care of, including repainting the bumper. For the third time I drove to Indianapolis. The wrap correct looked good, however upon returning home I noticed part of the bumper wasnt lining up correctly. After inspecting elsewhere, I noticed all the tabs along the back of the bumper had been broken, parts had been installed incorrectly, and body tabs were missing; this bumper will never line up correctly now. I also have paint peeling already where they did not prep the bumper correctly. Having been fed up with continually giving them chances, I asked for the portion of my money back to cover fixing the issue elsewhere. Instead, they refused and even went so far as told me they were holding my money on a partial deposit I made for another vehicle. Throughout this process they have told me how sorry they are, how it was their fault, how theyve just been overwhelmed, have told me to remove my reviews because this is their only source of income, but Ive heard it too many times. Legal action will be taken in the next 24h if this isnt handled correctly and I will continue putting this message out so that no one has to deal with the same issues I did. read more

Dream Street Graphics really cares about giving back to the community and making families who's children have medical issues have an easier time. My 4 month old twins have to wear cranial helmets from very severe plagiocephaly & brachycephaly. Dream Street wrapped them for our family free of charge. I went from wanting to cry because my beautiful babies had to wear hideous helmets to wanting to show them off because they look so fabulous! Our twins will be in these helmets for quite some time 23hrs a day. The helmet company sent a horrible print to us on the helmets that was embarrassing. Dream Street fixed it for us by personalized the helmets for us just the way we asked. Less than one star if possible the most dishonest company I've dealt with since home advisor please watch yourself people buyers beware. How anyone would use a $500 dollar golden ticket on a basic package without authorization from the owner is baffling. Paid $500 for a Golden Ticket that was supposed to be redeemable for $1000 worth of graphics. Bought a $450 package and did not authorize the use of the ticket for the purchase. Went to use the Golden ticket on a $995 package just to be told the ticket had been used. Asked if they would at least send another basic $450 package to cover $900 of the $1000 worth of graphics, told no way, the ticket had been used. Rude and wouldn't even offer to make it right. read more
