Cassandra is certainly not afraid to put some elbow grease into stubborn knots and stiffness, but also makes it clear that she is willing to take feedback on her work to ensure your comfort. I prefer a deep massage, and I feel like my expectations were met - and I was pleasantly surprised at how at ease she was both chatting and working in silence, a nice change from some awkward conversations and robotic silences I've had at other spas. The location is above another business and is very compact, so expect homey, not swank. The prices are more than reasonable, and the other staff appear to be equally friendly. I got there, and I was told by Carrie that she never spoke to me on the phone, and hadn't set up any appointments that day. Ok, bold face lie, kind of annoying but ok. I had already taken a cab all the way across town to attend this "appointment" so I wasn't about to turn around and leave.. So I ended up getting a massage from Carrie (who does this weird twitchy blinking thing, which was entirely unattractive) of which I paid $200 for, and I was rushed out of the parlor after only 45 MINUTES of my 1 hour time slot... The WORST service, from the most bottom of the barrel women in all of Calgary. DO NOT GO TO CARRIES.
