If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever had to work with. This company has taken so much from my family. Their carelessness and negligence has taken my home, my family's health and time away from my baby due to health issues, and all possession we own that can't be cleaned. This company installed all new windows in our home ( all but 5 or so). Every window that willow windows installed is soaked and is covered in black mold. We contacted the company once we found the issues. They came to our home and "investigated" the windows. I'm not sure how one investigates an issue without actually looking at the issues. I'm pretty sure they just tapped on the window and said well it's a window it's all good. We have had to hire our own team to investigate the issues because they refuse to do so. We have had to move out of our home because it's inhabitable. We left all our possessions clothes, furniture, toys...everything because how contaminated our home is. I can't be near anything from the home because it makes me so sick that I am down for a few days. We have tried working with this company to resolve the issues but they are unwilling to fix the mistakes they made or even admit they exist. I am disappointed in this company for the neglect, lack of compassion, and the lack of accountability they possess. The owners in particular are the issue. I'm not sure how they can sleep at night knowing what damage they have done to another person. We have a baby..... A BABY.....in this now mold infested home due to their terrible window installation and they refuse to do anything. This company has no morals. As humans.... As parents.... As Christians(they call themselves) how can you live with your actions and not do the right thing. I'm writing this review not for the company but for anyone looking to use this company. Please save your family the trouble and keep looking. I'm just waiting on them to respond and act like they've tried to fix this or like they're willing to. They haven't. And they won't. We have worked with the company regarding acquisition of Shutters, we also discussed shades and an awning for our raised deck. Their response was always quick and followup was excellent. We met one of the owners (Britney) and found her to be genuine with great leadership skills and a keen understanding of customer desires and helped augment the vision for our home. I would have reported a 4, but based on yesterday's service, it is now a 2-star. I had screens that were in need for the 2nd time to be adjusted and likewise the windows, which didn't lock properly. However, the real reason behind this rating is, I was sitting in my living room, awaiting their arrival. At approximately 1:50 (they were due 1-2 p.m., I walked into my kitchen and found TWO men in my home office, the door wide open so my cat, if interested, could have, in fright, run out. She has never been outside. Needless to say, I was not happy. When I complained, they threatened to leave, the work undone. I admit, I did complain a bit, but, look at it my way. I could have been naked in the shower, on the toilet, out of the house for a minute, etc. The one guy said he has people come in unannounced all the time - he lives in the country. OK, if FRIENDS want to wander in, that is one thing, but STRANGERS to do work in my house? REALLY? I think NOT. Since I was at the front room, if they had knocked I would have let them in. Finally, I had complained about not knowing if the inside of the door know is locked. No matter which way the knob in the main knob is turned, it does not feel locked. He said this is for security. HUH? If I want to lock the door, I have to have it open, turn the little locking knob, check it on the outside to see if it is locked, then close the door, which then causes the knob to become UNLOCKED again. The only part I know can be tested as locked from the inside is the dead bolt. If I want both to be locked, I have to lock myself out on my deck to make sure the knob part is locked then, I am locked OUT. They said someone would call me back on these two issues. It has been 1.5 working days (Ok, I am including Saturday) and i have had ZERO contact from them. So, ~$15,000 down the tube. the dudes yesterday told me NO ONE will ever come back out. BET ME!I have a full three-year warranty on the windows and door. If I want them to come out and fix the door knob so I KNOW the door is locked, guess what? They WILL be back out, if it takes multiple calls as I paid for their services. read more
