Their carelessness and negligence has taken my home, my family's health and time away from my baby due to health issues, and all possession we own that can't be cleaned. This company installed all new windows in our home ( all but 5 or so). Every window that willow windows installed is soaked and is covered in black mold. We contacted the company once we found the issues. They came to our home and "investigated" the windows. I'm not sure how one investigates an issue without actually looking at the issues. I'm pretty sure they just tapped on the window and said well it's a window it's all good. We have had to hire our own team to investigate the issues because they refuse to do so. We have had to move out of our home because it's inhabitable. We left all our possessions clothes, furniture, toys...everything because how contaminated our home is. I can't be near anything from the home because it makes me so sick that I am down for a few days. We have tried working with this company to resolve the issues but they are unwilling to fix the mistakes they made or even admit they exist. I am disappointed in this company for the neglect, lack of compassion, and the lack of accountability they possess. The owners in particular are the issue. I'm not sure how they can sleep at night knowing what damage they have done to another person. We have a baby..... A BABY.....in this now mold infested home due to their terrible window installation and they refuse to do anything. This company has no morals. As humans.... As parents.... As Christians(they call themselves) how can you live with your actions and not do the right thing. I'm writing this review not for the company but for anyone looking to use this company. Please save your family the trouble and keep looking. I'm just waiting on them to respond and act like they've tried to fix this or like they're willing to. They haven't. And they won't. The delivery team of two men was also kind and professional however the glass maker was probably one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. I called All Star Glass to see what their typical wait time for replacing a piece of glass was and they notified me 24-48 hours. After reading the Google reviews it seemed that this was the norm for them. This was important to me because I dropped the glass off on a Monday and needed it by the latest Thursday because I had a flight out of Nashville at the end of the week. I also didn't want to not have a front window for my living room for the entire week especially when I was not there. No worries however because I was told it would be done Tuesday. After receiving no update on my glass, I called them back and was told it would be done the next day (Wednesday). After again receiving no update on Wednesday, I called again and was told it would be done Thursday. By the time Thursday rolled around I called back and was told it would be done Friday even though I made it clear early in the week that I had a flight to catch. When I called Thursday, the woman at the front desk handed the phone over to the glass maker who immediately started yelling and getting very angry, telling me that NO ONE told me the glass would be done in 24-48 hours (just read the other comments. This seems to be the norm) and that HE told me it would be done Friday (I would have never agreed to this in the first place considering I had a flight and wouldn't be able to get the glass on Friday). The glass maker continuously called me a liar, yelling at me, threatening to hang up and not make the glass, saying that no one told me 24-48 hours despite the fact that I was told MULTIPLE times that this is how long the order would take. I tried being cordial as I shared my frustrations of needing to now change my flight but the glass maker didn't care, continuing to throw personal jabs and calling me a liar, referring me to the worst customer he has ever dealt with. Every time I tried calming him down (because I really did need the glass) he continued throwing personal shots at me. Very unprofessional. $355 for glass and $1500 later for having to change flights at the last second, the glass is installed. I would strongly recommend that the owner of All Star Glass gets a new glass maker as the current one is not well.

The argon in the windows was non-existent and the screens were either missing and/or damaged. I had contacted a couple of home improvement stores and a contractor. For different reasons, either they weren't timely on getting back to me or I wasn't happy with the product lines they sold I was finding it hard to find windows and the type of quality work we so desired. I contacted a contractor friend of mine and he recommended Commonwealth Building Products and said to ask for Todd. I did so, and he immediately set up a time to come out for a consult and to measure. Todd was very professional and personable. He answered any questions we might have concerning the windows/doors and installation. Due to the crazy Ky weather that we always seem to experience, our original installation date was delayed. During this time Todd phoned us to let us know the contractors they use to install were running behind due to weather and that they hadn't forgotten about us. We thought this was very considerate as we were anxiously awaiting these new windows/doors. The installers did an awesome job with the installation and Todd managed to stop by from beginning to end. Just checking to make sure we were happy and that there were no issues. The installers they hired were very neat and professional. Cleaning up every day after themselves. There were a couple of screens that were damaged and there was an issue with one of the doors, but Todd saw to it that all of the above was handled in a very timely manner. We absolutely love our new windows and doors. It's amazing how much we really do enjoy the beautiful "views" we now have. We would highly reccomend Commonwealth Building Products as they made the whole process so easy and the end result adds so much to our home.

This project…read morehas finally completed and we are happy with the windows, but the company is very unprofessional and cost me a lot of time due to no/poor communication. Brad refused to respond to direct questions multiple times in email and we had multiple other communication problems including no call / no show on scheduled dates. The windows took over 120 days to arrive after measurements. On day one of the scheduled install the installers (two man team) arrived without the new windows and stated they had no plans to work that day. A "two day install" turned into twelve days in November 2025, although only seven days with installers on-site as the other five days were no call / no shows. The install project stretched from early November 2025 into mid-March 2026 due to an incorrectly sized plus broken window. These last two items were finally installed in mid-March 2026, again with communication and scheduling issues (no call / no show, and then an unscheduled arrival that disrupted personal plans one evening). I understand jobs can take longer than expected or other scheduling conflicts arise but those should be clearly communicated to the customer(s). Instead family plans were disrupted multiple times, work hours were lost, and no apology or explanation were given. The windows are finally complete and look great but the overall headache was not worth the cost.
