This is a small facility in a beautiful rural setting, on the outskirts of Lake City. It has a park-like setting with walkways. The interior is well maintained and has 3 levels of care. There are differing costs depending on the amount of assistance needed. Medications are dispensed for everyone. There are semiprivate and private rooms. There are also rooms that are larger and have dividers, giving the feeling of a small apartment. Prices started at $1900 and went to about $3000 per month. No transportation is provided.
