Coping with death is hard. There is no easier way to say it. It eases the burden tremendoulsly when you have compassionate people like Mr. Clark (Sparky) and his team guiding you through the transition. It has been a few months since my mother has passed. I'm sitting here reflecting on how Mr. Clark was kind and professional from the beginning. We started her pre-planning over a year ago, not knowing we we need it so soon. Upon mom's passing Mr. Clark secured mom's travel back to Midland, and upon arriving in his care, she was handled with dignity and respect. Our family is in gratitude for his caring nature and professionalism, not only with my mom but several other family members who have passed through his care. We trust him with our loved ones. read more

cannot say enough good things about Willowbrook Funeral Home in Midland. Sparky Clark handled the interstate transportation of my mother with professionalism and deep compassion. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered every question with patience, and treated our family with sincere care. During such a painful time, his support made a meaningful difference. It has taken me over a year to get on here and give my review. Losing a family member is hard to deal with and the people at Willowbrook were amazing. Answered all of our questions, they helped in every way they could. They treated my family member with dignity and respect and made sure he was taken care of. They gave us some time with dad and let my brother say his goodbyes. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding through the difficult time. read more

She lived her last 6 years here in Midland and the Pensacola Funeral Home arranged everything with the Dignity Funeral Home here in Midland. But the entire thing was a struggle. It took 6 hours for them and several phone calls to come retrieve her body. Then the day of our appt with them to go over the details, they could not find her paperwork and said there was no record of prepayment. THIS was extremely stressful. They should have worked all this out before we had gotten there! Very unprofessional. After several phone calls to the office in Pensacola, they "found" the paperwork. We had a couple of spelling corrections on the obituary they were called and informed about that were missed and then corrected after another phone call. They called in the wrong obit to Pensacola paper. (we had an updated one with the time and date of the service) They called requesting the sentiment for the thumbprint pendant that I had already told them. And then the nice poem that we picked for her prayer card was NOT USED! They put the Lords prayer on it instead. Very disappointed! edited to add: The manager has contacted me and apologized profusely. She is sending me some corrected prayer cards, bookmarks, and DVDs of pictures we had provided. This will help to make what was a very poor experience a little better. It will help to have momentos with the chosen poem on them.

He stated that the problem on this washer was the basin shocks were bad. He stated the parts were no longer available. His recommendation would be to replace the washer, and he had 2 for sale. His first lie was that parts were not available. PARTS WERE AVAILABLE...Internet search found MULTIPLE parts available. To include Amazon. I ordered the OEM parts, and should arrive today. I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.

Rusty talked her through the whole situation over the phone and came out that afternoon to inspect. Rusty is very knowledgeable and during the estimate he spent a great deal of time inspecting the home and giving us our options. Rusty also took the time to explain how to get rid of the bugs and we never felt like he was trying to pressure us into any particular service. After we decided to spray her room, Rusty came out with his assistant and they took care of everything for us! They went above and beyond to take care of my daughter and I am so thankful. Our apartment complex had another man come by to inspect around the same time Affordable Pest Control came out. Not only were his prices higher but he did not fully inspect the house like Rusty. I will only be using this company moving forward because they are very knowledgeable in their field and also very hard working. It has been several weeks and we have had no problems!
