To book I sent an email from their website & they followed up with a phone call where an appointment was made and they took information they needed. Arrived and was seen immediately, with zero delay or waiting around despite not being the only customer. Each person I dealt with was friendly, polite and efficient. Social distancing protocols, screens on the machines & PPE meant I didn't feel unsafe at all throughout. They were thoroughly wiping, cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces. A well run operation that's a fresh change from the old school optometrists that I'm used to.

I went in for what I was hoping would be a simple fix on my sunglass arm. I was hoping it wouldn't be too much of a cost, but was looking to pay what I could assume would be about $30; who knows nowadays! I was surprised to see that Debbie was excepting appointments only, and no walk-ins at my time of arrival. My disappointment did not last long as Debbie happily greeted me at the door as she said goodbye to some exiting customers. I sat for a short time as she assisted someone; next came my turn. She was very friendly told me that it would be a simple fix, and she would see if she had the screw to fix my sunglasses. It took her perhaps five minutes, but in that time I found her warm, pleasant and thorough as she made sure all the screws in both arms were tightly secured for no future problems. She gave me no charge for her help, and I offered to leave this review as a thank you. I will definitely be returning, I suggest you do the same.

My wife and mother in law is a huge fan of their service and customer appreciation skills. Dr. Sachdev is a very decent person to interact with. both of them have a nice glow on their face while dealing with customers. Few weeks back my wife and mother-in-law went in for a check up and got couple of prescription glasses for both and one of the spectacle was not correct for my mother-in-law and they went back to rectify and Shirin was so nice in rectifying the issue. After a week or so last Friday April 28th there was another problem again and they went back to Shirin on Saturday and without any hesitation she changed the glasses for my mother-in-law.
