The manager, Jenn from Willowbrook, contacted me repeatedly in a way that felt excessive. I explained that I was working and unable to take calls, but the tone remained rude and condescending. He yelled at me about being a diabetic because he had found that I was starting to bleed behind my eyes. About 80% of diabetics do experience some degree of diabetic retinopathy. Instead of being kind and helpful about such a terrifying diagnosis, he treated me badly!!!
