Very unprofessional. These people are never at work because the shop is NEVER open, they will not answer the phone and they do not reply to any type of messages. You couldn't pay me to use their services again. I met a lady when I went to will's shop, who was also looking for him because she said she paid in full to get her laptop repaired, that was only supposed to take a couple of days, and it had been three months! she could not get in touch with them so she went to sheriff dept. because she thought she had gotten scammed. On Monday, November 26, I dropped an iPhone 6 Plus off at Will's Computer Repair. The phone is in great physical condition, but it won't power on. The receptionist took the phone in the back to have Will take a look. She returned and said the phone had water damage and Will would try to fix it. I paid $50 for him to start work on the phone. I asked how long it would take. I was told a couple of weeks. I explained that this was a gift for my niece for Christmas. The receptionist assured me he would be done in plenty of time for Christmas. I called a few times, but no one answered. On 12/5 @ 1:15 pm, the receptionist answered. I asked for a status on the repair. She put me on hold and upon returning, she said Will had the phone on his desk so she knew he was working on it. She said she'd call me back with an update. I've yet to receive that call. I've called several times since and no answer. On Thursday 12/13, I went to the office. No one was there and there is a sign on the door that says they'll open tomorrow morning at 10 am. Upon my return on Friday 12/14, the sign is still there and the office is closed. I called and attempted to leave a message this time. I can't...I assume the mailbox is full. I went on willscomputerrepair.com to fill out a contact us form. I completed the form and hit submit only to receive an error message. I emailed the business at the address listed on the website. The email was returned as undeliverable. Today, Monday 12/17, I visited the office again. The sign remains and the business is still closed. Again, I google the business to see if there is an update. I find a contact us now option that prompts for a text to 833-448-8311. I've texted that number. No response. I am asking for my device to be returned immediately as well as the $50 I paid for the repair. Updated with picture. Today is Tuesday, December 18. Sign has been here since at least Thursday last week. Update: office was open when I passed by today, Wednesday, December 19. I stopped and was able to retrieve my phone. So now I'm only out the $50...and, of course, all the time I've spent trying to have my personal property returned. I was offered no explanation for where they've been. I didn't ask. I shouldn't have to. Lesson learned...I'll never bring business here again and I'll share my experience with others. read more

On March 26 I made a transaction of $90 to get my ps4 fixed. I was told the purchase was to order the piece needed and for labor..... a few weeks later I was told my piece would arrive that weekend, so I went ahead and gave them my PlayStation. Well I wait a few days and finally call back and was told my piece hasn't arrived yet. Don't know why they can't just look at the tracking info or give it to the customer... so I ask for my ps4 u til they get it. A week later the piece comes in but it is broken.... which isn't their fault. So I get a call and an apology saying it was reordered and should be here soon. 3 more weeks later I'm sitting here waiting, have called twice and not gotten an answer. I fear my money was taken. I would totally not go here if I were you. I took my phone in to get a new battery. I got a new battery but when I got my phone back the home button would not work at all. We took it back to them and they had the audacity to tell me that we went into the phone and broke the home button. We then took it back to them and they said that they couldn't fix it. A few days later I happened to glance at the bottom of the phone and notice the screws were gone and they were not placed back in. On top of all this, they were never there. They would close at odd hours when we would go back to pick up the phone. read more

This guy runs a terrible business. No regard for his work and no regard for his customers. Routinely late with work, lots of excuses, doesn't turn on his voice mail half the time so customers can leave messages, makes delivery promises and doesn't even have the common courtesy to call when he knows he can't make it. You've been warned. If you can stand sub-standard work, as well as awful customer service, go for it. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE! I took my phone, note 5, to him in Nov 2016. When the screen came in he said it would take 15 to 20 minutes to install, I waited for almost 2 hours and he broke the back of my phone while trying to install the screen. When he got the screen on my phone and turned it on the "new" screen was broken. I don't know if it came in broken as he said or if he broke it while trying to install it but for him to have broken the back of my phone says enough for me. Needless to say I have been waiting for 2 months now and my phone is still not fixed. read more
