My grandfather purchased a house in twin falls from Wolverton homes. It was the worst decision…read morehe's ever made. Now he lives 2 hours away from his whole family. The real estate agent we worked with was super unprofessional and all he talked about was inappropriate things that normal agents wouldn't say ever. So I tried to ignore him the best I could but he was showing my gpa houses he didn't like. My grandpa wanted a new build but couldn't afford Boise prices so he was forced to move out there. I finally asked the realtor if he had any lots or new builds coming available, he said yes I think I have a smaller lot then drove us over to where he thought the house would be built! He had no idea what he was talking about, my gpa now lives at the end house but next to a vacant field they will never do anything eotj. It's a pretty big eye sore. Then they told him 6 months til it was completed and over 2 years passed and it wasn't finished yet. Then when he finally got to move in the grass, fence and master bathroom shower door weren't finished. When it started warming up they got the grass and fence put in pretty quickly but the shower door took months and Wolverton was supposed to install it but then my grandpa had to contact a different company to end up doing it, Wolverton said he'd cover the costs but then only paid 90% of it and left my grandpa with the remaining amount. This whole 2+ year period they were basically just playing games with him on his mortgage rate and purchase price. They would lock him in for 60-90 days but then that expired so his rates went up everytime they did this and now couldn't get approved on his own so my family had to put large down payments and co-sign on his morgate. Wolverton is awful in literally every aspect I can think of. The houses are built as cheap as possible and the sq footage on his house is not great, he can barely get two twin mattresses in the spare bedroom and he's lucky the door shuts. The best part about this whole experience was that since we found the realtor through realtor.com they were offering a cash back deal on like . 3% of the purchase price and it came directly out of his real estate agents pockets, it made my day when I saw that. Will never buy from them again. Only got 2 of the 3 pieces of our brand new very expensive…read moresectional due to the 3rd piece being damaged and destroyed between the warehouse and delivery truck. After a huge run around they were able to find another 3rd piece but had to wait even longer. No compensation or discount for the delay and inconvenience. They kept calling us and asking us what the warehouse/driver/store said and vice-versa. Very unorganized and not very professional. Damaged the trim bringing it in as well.

We contacted Wilson-Bates for service to have the seats re-stuffed. They came to our home, and took one unit at a time, per our request. They returned each unit a week later completely re-stuffed-seat, arms and back- and better than new. They also replaced some broken return springs in the mechanism. The office and moving crews were cheerful and a pleasure to work with. The technician who did the work is an outstanding craftsman. TKO Homes of Bosie are terrible people to deal with. The son Hunter is nice, but the father owns…read morethe business. We had issues with paint peeling off.Our house wasn't even a year old. The cement job is already cracking. When we approached him with these problems, they told us it was an idaho thing. We had people coming out to justify our issues. The owner Todd Ostrom is a NUT case. He bullied me and was verbally abusive to me, called me girl as he was pointing his finger at me. He is no longer allowed on our property. We asked for liability insurance from the subcontractors.We didn't get one from the cement company. He called my husband and was ranting and raving and screaming on the phone. Then he threatened to come to our place and kick my husband's a**. We filed a complaint with the Gem county Sheriff's office. He was completely unprofessional, rude and a narcissist. You won't get any warranty out of them. This was a custom home that their son Hunter built we just wanted what we paid for which wasn't cheap. If this continues, we will be filing a restraining order on Todd Ostrom !!!

This is the worst management company we have ever dealt with. In the 18 months we had our home…read moreunder their care, it was trashed by the renters leaving us with over $14000 of repair to move back in. Our efforts to have the company or the renters help us get either back rent or some help with the repairs were met with "we did our job, sorry" and then they ghosted us. They are either totally dishonest or totally incompetent but either way, do not trust them and find someone else to watch out for your property before you leave your home. We put our trust in them and came home to a disaster that has taken us months to repair, both physically and emotionally. Do not call them for anything. Since a star is required they get one but deserve none.
