One of the many food vendors in the Östermalms Saluhall, Willy Ohlsson serves traditional Swedish food (heavy on the meat and potatoes), and this was my first stop for food after arriving in Stockholm! The very first item listed on the menu was Köttbullar, or Swedish meatballs, so we ordered this classic dish, which came with gravy and mashed potatoes. The meatballs were exactly what I expected--quite lean on the inside, but well-paired with the savory sauce and the lingonberry jam. In terms of execution, however, this place fell a little short for me. All the items on the plate were already pre-prepared and simply heated up in the microwave.
