I hired Wilmar and his team to repaint the exterior of my 1926 stucco house and can't recommend them highly enough. The house looks great and he and his team were professional at every step in the process. It was obvious that they not only care about doing quality work, but also that it is done correctly (i.e. fixing rotten wood before painting it, using high quality paint and products, etc.), which I really respect. He was a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes I received, but I cannot stress enough that it was worth every penny. Wilmar and team never did this! - Thorough prep, quality products and work - I had one issue with the stair paint peeling up after it rained and Wilmar did not hesitate to come out and make it right (and even fix a spot on my drive way that I'd messed up.... stepped through caulk and tracked it around) The house looks great. Wilmar and his team were very prompt, incredibly thorough, and did an amazing job on my mom's home. I requested a date in advance and Wilmar and his team were there that morning early and ready to work! The entire exterior and garage (which included replacement and creation of doors and gates, patching of areas that had rotten that needed to be replaced, sanding and staining of old doors, and even scrapped and repainted the wrought iron doors and fence. They finished in an incredible 2 weeks with professional prepping, repairing, and waterproofing, taking no short cuts, to make sure the end product would not only meet, but so exceed our expectations. They even noticed that the porch, porch swing and wooden loveseat were in need of care, and took on that project as well. Wilmar and his wonderful crew stained and painted my cedar shingle 1 1/2 store bungalow in Berkeley. I cannot rate them highly enough. I was very impressed with Wilmar's walk around my house where he pointed out missing shingles, windows that needed recaulking, rotting wood, etc. So, in addition to sanding, cleaning, and painting the shingles, they also repaired the windows, the mailbox, the outdoor wooden furniture, fixed a leaky pipe in the basement -- my 120 house feels new again.
