I found out about Total Tech AV from Yelp, and got through to the owner on my first call. Jordan the owner was friendly yet very fair in his quote. He quoted a fair price and fortunately had technicians who could come the same day. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. Fortunately the new TV, a Samsung, was able to use the same mount as the LG it replaced. The technicians were personable and skilled. They connected the power and HDMI cables correctly and we had the new TV going quite quickly. Their charges were fully within the UCR (Usual, customary and reasonable) range.
