My water well quit working, so i had a contractor out to replace it. He couldn't because the tag REQUIRED BY LAW WASNT THERE. Hagood promised to get the tag 3 months ago- still haven't gotten it. In the kitchen, the circuit breaker pops off if more than2 appliances are on. The curcuit in the garage breaker pops off if it rains. Many many nails are popping through the drywall. I have expensive doors, but IF NOT TOTALLY LOCKED, the wind blows them open or if I open one the rest open. My dog was injured as it escaped. I have written,called and texted them about a dozen times. NO ANSWER. DO NOT USE Hagood, you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We wanted to match the wood downstairs, and they took the time to find the exact match from the manufacturer, which no other company (Home Depot, Lowes, or local companies) could do. The communication was great prior to the install. The guys who did the install work were wonderful. At the end, we had one very small mishap where there was a misunderstanding about the work they were going to do, and the team hopped right in and fixed it without charging us extra. It was a great experience. The one thing I would say is that this is not an "outlet", not quite sure why that is in the name-this is not a discount outlet shop. The pricing was fair and the work was excellent but it is not an outlet so do not expect discounted pricing. But for us, the quality was important and we were not looking for cheap, so glad that we chose this company.

Jesse was very responsive to phone calls, text messages, and emails. I was not able to be at the house during the planning/measurement phase but Jesse handled this well. We quickly negotiated the scope of work, price, and timeline. He completed the job in a little under two weeks from concept drawing and estimate to final installation. Most of the cabinet work was done in his shop. He installed the cabinet in a single morning and it looked great and he kept the area clean.
