I liked that they had an inside bar where some of the vendors were housed and samples of a lot of local goodies. The mobile boutiques were cute and had cute clothes. The live music was also a great touch! Parking is definitely not ideal. We got lucky finding a single parking spot after circling the block and parking lot. My friend's mom is handicapped and there aren't many handicap accessible parking places. The streets are uneven and difficult to walk on. The pricing of some of the vendors was on the expensive side and could have been cheaper. More than one or two food trucks would have been great!

Its always clean and lit up at night. I love this deck as its normally free on the weekends. On occasion if an event is going down there will be a nifty fee. The Union Station was very modern and clean. The only downside was that the deli was closed at 2 pm in the afternoon. The train was on time, staff was very pleasant. The ride was comfortable and quick. Street parking is available on the cross streets surrounding the station and Morgan St Municipal offers Free All Day Parking on weekends.

There is an elevator at one end of the lot and they have stairs at each of the corners. I don't know if they have lights or security - I was never here after 5pm. My only complaint is that the first three levels are reserved or for the bank parking. This lot is right across the street from the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts…read moredowntown. It's a fairly small lot, so if you want to park here for an event (as opposed to the parking deck a little further away), you should plan on arriving a little early. The price during events is $5. If you don't mind a little walk, the parking deck is usually cheaper (and often in the evenings, it is free). There are attendants in the little gate houses, and for big events, there is usually a crossing guard at the pedestrian crossing on South Street, so it's always seemed safe enough.

It's more like a carefully zoned outdoor entertainment center. Almost a "riverwalk" or "town center" that I've seen in other places. Surface streets cross through Cameron Village but there's lots of parking and you can easily miss parts of it because it's just a large retail and dining center. Best described as a cross between the East Village of NYC and south shore of Long Island. A bunch of restaurants and non- commercial shopping all jumbled into an outdoor shopping / dining Mecca. Cameron is best to visit on a gorgeous day. There are miles of stores and quaint restaurants. I visited here during lunch and had a hard time finding the Flying Biscuit. It's located across from Wells Fargo ( the bandits of the banking world). They have quite a lot of furniture, home decor and posh boutiques for women. Today I made the biggest mistake of dining at Which Wich. Terrible sandwich place. There were so many other great restaurants that lined this area. Check it out tourists.
