Dr. Aziz is an outstanding dentist. He is fast, pleasant, thoroughly awesome and his work is impeccable. Anyone who has a negative review obviously has not had this Doctor. My only draw back was I had a stroke a few months ago, missing an appointment because my brain isn't fully recovered and the office stated if I have another missed appointment, that Wilson Dental will drop me. Under some circumstances, I feel they should have understood. I also understand their policies. read more

Went here for dental surgery today.. Was told I would be receiving the same prescriptions as after my last procedure.. When I went to the pharmacy I was made aware that my pain meds were canceled... Then when I called the lady on the phone was very uncaring and dismissive.. She didn't really care about my situation.. Talking to people in the background while I was on the phone and everything... I have not seen the dentist yet and had an appt just for the initial Cleaning. Front staff were very helpful and friendly. Dental hygienist was outstanding, being both very friendly and extremely gentle. The whole check in and data collection process was very professional and I received several reminders for the appointment during the morning of the appointment. Avoid Wilson Dental at All Costs - A Complete Nightmare "0 Stars!" I have been dealing with Wilson Dental in Binghamton since 2018, and I honestly regret ever choosing this place. The experience has been nothing but frustration, disrespect, and exploitation. First and foremost, they constantly cancel appointments without any regard for patients' time or commitments. Even when I've scheduled well in advance and tried to be accommodating, they cancel multiple times, leaving me stranded and exhausted. If I try to cancel, I get charged or they dismiss me entirely--an unfair and unprofessional practice. Their customer service is appalling. The staff is rude, dismissive, and often escalates issues instead of resolving them. Waiting times are atrocious--despite arriving early, I've waited well past my scheduled time multiple times. The environment is unprofessional, dirty, and poorly managed. The machinery, technology, and tools are all severely outdated--dim lighting, cracked seats patched with duct tape, and equipment that looks like it hasn't been maintained in years. You never feel safe or comfortable dealing with their unreliable and antiquated technology. What's even worse is how they treat Medicaid patients. They only accept Medicaid or similar insurance, which severely limits options in the area. I've been forced to stay with Wilson Dental because the hospital I work at (which also uses Wilson Dental or their hospital's preferred provider) was full with no available slots for new patients. I've tried to switch to other providers, but they are often full or don't accept my insurance anymore. I've tried to be patient, understanding, and respectful, but they continue to disrespect my time, energy, and concerns. The staff's appearance and professionalism are also questionable--tattoos, piercings, earrings, and a ghetto vibe that's unprofessional and unwelcoming. And the signs they have posted, warning that if you become loud, threatening, or obnoxious, they can refuse service or call the police, only made sense after witnessing on-site altercations, especially during the pandemic. The staff often dismiss patients and match that same rude, disrespectful energy, which is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Overall, I strongly urge anyone considering Wilson Dental to run in the opposite direction. If you have other options that accept your insurance, go there instead. Their treatment of patients is deplorable, and I regret ever being forced to go there. I've limited my interactions to just necessary cleanings and annual visits because I refuse to subject myself to their nonsense any longer. read more

Terrible!!!! I went in for a root canal on December 3rd. The whole time I sat in the chair, the dentist complained about having to much work to do. He was rushing. Imagine being terrified of needles and someone over your head saying how they have to much work. Them calling other Doctors on the phone to try to get them to come take some of their work load and how they shouldn't spend all their time at the other dentist office. Soooo unprofessional. This was the most uncomfortable situation I have ever been in. My arms were clenched the whole time.i was so tired after the visit. Do better! & when I got there I waited over an hour to be seen. Really sketchy place and not very clean. Uncomfortable every time I have been there. The last time was for a consult on a lost filling in an old root canal that was done by a dentist they referred me to as they could not do the work. When I showed up for the consult they would not even see me or let me in. Tried to change back to the Freeville office and their policy allows you to change offices only once. I called the Binghamton office today, The woman who answered was totally RUDE ,my call was about a letter from Excellus insurance about a second submission of a bill that had already been submitted and paid for. I live in Broome County, N.Y. They submitted the bill to Massachusetts Medicaid for Lower Dentures on 09/30/2025. On 10/15/2025 Healthplex, Inc. ,on behalf of Excellus BCBS denied this claim because the service it had been submitted and processed and paid for. This could be why they no longer accept medicaid for payment . They have poor record keeping , seeing how they submitted a paid bill a second time .Thank them for making it harder to get treatment. read more

Had 8:00 AM appt, checked in and did paperwork then wait, and wait, then at 8:30 ask about my 8 AM appt, she phones someone and says it will be a couple minutes. Apparently nobody knew I was there.10 minutes later get called back for xrays. Kid doing this without mask or gloves gets half way through and puts on gloves and mask. Makes no sense to me. Get to exam chair and the guy is behind me mumbling through his mask so I tell him I can't understand what he's saying but it makes no difference, just keeps mumbling. The so-called dentist comes in mumbling through her mask, can't undestand her either. Looks at my teeth and says ROOT CANAL. I have never been through a worse experience in my life. Doctors, hospitals, other dentists, this place is the absolute bottom of the barrel. No, they are below the bottom of the barrel. Firstly, the lobby is filthy and filled with approximately 25 to 30 chairs. usually packed with patients. The actual examination area is basically a hospital triage area. There are no rooms, just partitions separating the patients. On top of that, the area is packed full of dusty and dirty boxes. I wish I'd taken a picture. I was told I needed a filling and to have 3 wisdom teeth out. A month later, the filling hurts whenever I bite down. I went back to see the dentist about it, and all she did was drilled in my tooth some more. AFTER it had been filled... The wisdom teeth extraction was a total debacle. The dentist working on me and also working on the person in the next partition, so he kept going back and forth. I also don't think he knew what he was doing, as he had to have another dentist come over, at which point he went to the other patient again. The stitch he put in my moth fell out after one day... One day. On top of that, I had no idea who anybody was, as nobody introduces themselves. It was a truly terrible experience, and if only one person reads this and decides to go someplace else, I've done my part. Seriously, avoid that place at all costs. read more
