Customer service here is great. They even fixed my glasses that I had, that I did not get there. They have a new office on Green Meadows. Go check it out. Kind of obnoxious that they are only open Tuesday thru Thursday. I guess when you're an optometrist, you make your own schedule. read more

Dr. Wilson was super nice at first, after telling me my daughter had a lazy eye and that if anything happened to her good eye she would never drive he also said that he couldn't get her bad eye 20/20. I decided to take her to Riley for a second opinion, the Riley dr got her bad eye 20/20, also told us she absolutely doesn't have a lazy eye! We got a new prescription for her glasses. When I took them back into dr Wilson's office they refused to fix them. Dr Wilson said that he didn't want he seeing 20/20 and that he never once said she had a lazy eye! To say that we are mad and disappointed is an understatement! I have talked to the Riley dr and he said that it makes no since why he wouldn't want her seeing 20/20 except he was just trying to make more money off of us because he wanted us to come back every 4 weeks to "check" her lazy eye! I will NEVER take my kids back! read more

Wilson Eyecare is a fantastic lil Eyecare center with a passionate staff! I just went in for a routine check up as a first time patient. I was assisted greatly by Hannah with was personable, patient, and kind. Dr. Wilson provided a comprehensive but fast eye exam with an Optomap. I'll DEFINITELY be returning for all of my Eyecare needs, even if I do live a bit farther from the facility!!! read more

Dr. Wilson is such a caring doctor. I had an eye emergency, and he worked so hard to get me taken care of immediately! I was really scared and he helped to calm me down. He knows exactly what he's doing! He fixed me up in no time. I highly recommend this office! His staff are the kindest people as well. read more

Dr. Wilson is wonderful and his staff is so kind. I was disappointed when they stopped taking our family insurance. We miss them!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away from this place. I walked into their building in January and talked to the receptionist about making an appointment for an eye exam for my son. She checked to make sure they took our insurance and after reviewing everything she said "Yes, we take your insurance". We set the appointment and a week later we went to the appointment and he had his exam. After the exam, he was to be fitted for glasses and at this point we were told they had made an error on their part and that they in fact do NOT accept our insurance. The employee said he would give us the prescription so we could go elsewhere to get frames at a different location and then said "If you get a bill in the mail, bring it to the office and we will take care of it since it was an error on our part". He kept reassuring us that it was their mistake. Sure enough, I got a bill in the mail for the exam and I brought it to their office yesterday to discuss exactly what I had been told. I was told that I would still have to pay the bill because the employee should have checked with someone first before he told me that and that he no longer works there. So basically, this company does not care about their patients and they only care about money. It's not my responsibility to know what your employees should and should not say or do. I only know what I was told and if they practiced good customer service, they would honor what I was told. I thought the doctor might feel differently when they talked with him about the situation but apparently he only cares about money and not keeping their word. I am extremely disappointed as I thought this was a good office to keep going back to but you can clearly see that I am wrong. read more
