They failed to update my renovations and heating system despite me informing them. They included my detached structure in the policy but later claimed it was a liability. Instead of owning their mistakes, they refused to provide me with my own records when I requested copies of all communications with their brokers. Now, they have cut off all communication, proving they have no interest in taking responsibility. This company does not care about customer service or fair treatment. If they make a mistake on your policy, they will blame you instead of fixing it. They are refusing to engage in good faith, and I will be pursuing legal action against them. If you want an honest, reliable insurance broker, look elsewhere--this company will leave you stranded when you need them most. Cheers, Josue Pilon

Since the moment we chatted that woman has been nothing but nasty and sarcastic while discussing and insurance issues. She should not be working with the public. I've begged my company to be switched from this unprofessional lazy nasty worker to someone else. My mother, my brother and myself are insured there. They have scammed all of us by taking out insurance payments early, or doubled. I've just recently was charged for two vehicles. The one I drive now. And my old one. Sarah forgot to take insurance off my old vehicle and I've been charged for two vehicles for two months. And they have no plans to refund it.. I'm disgusted. My mother, my brother, his wife, and I will be leaving this company. We are giving our one months notice asap Bottom line: do not use Go To Insurance. They will scam you out of every penny you have. Try any company but this one.

I moved about 5 minutes away, called to advise them, and my insurance was raised $30 a month. They made no effort to apologize or retain business when I advised I would be canceling. When I called to cancel, I asked if there would be any charges. The lady advised me she didn't think so but would call me the following day to let me know. Waited a week, never got a call. Decided to call back myself just to be sure I wouldn't be hit with any surprises. Was told they would be charging me about $200 to cancel. The lady I spoke with, Donna, could not tell me why I was being charged but advised she would call me back shortly. She didn't. So I called again. Got Donna. She said she still didn't have an answer but would email me as soon as Scott got off the phone. Fast forward to end of day, still no email. Call back. Get someone different named Vicky. She was helpful and lovely, and apologetic. This whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Had I not called back multiple times, I would have been dinged $200 and possibly had it NSF due to not knowing to expect it. This was what I was trying to avoid. I expect better service from a company I have been with for years. I didn't choose to leave. They raised my rate an insane amount, and the first other company I called gave me a rate of 60$ less per month. Makes me wonder how much I could have saved going with a different broker from the beginning.
