The rehab ordered the wrong shower chair so I called the next data to return it for a transfer bench. The delivery man said the if anything was not correct we could return equipment. While on the call I was told by the representative that I could not return it and they were sticking with the shower chair and the bill. To make matter worse they charge me $195 for a commode chair that literally sells for as low as $30 on Amazon. I called and tied to negotiate with a fair offer and they said that they don't negotiate. This is called price gouging at it finest. To make matters worse, I received an update bill stating that I owe the $50 for the shower chair or it was going to collections. I was not home when the equipment was deliver nor did I see the pricing sheet while in rehab. Medical Supply is a real racket. Nothing like taking advantage of those who are barely able to function and leave it in the hands of other who don't really care what you are charged. Do yourself and anyone else that is in this type of situation either physically, mentally or financially and report this type of business practice to your State Attorney General's Office, FTC and any other Consumer Protection Agency to raise awareness and can promote broader investigation!

They said it would not pass WV state inspection. I'm like what ---A dealership turning down AC work costing $1000+, this must be a serious issue. I was thinking of buying a new car that I could not afford when my buddy told me to have a good welder check it out. I had never thought about a welder and a sub frame. My friend says state law allows for welders to repair a sub frame. Again, who thinks of a welder, I didn't. Anyhow, I search for welders in Morgantown and found this B&B welding. Its like 720PM at night and I was expecting to leave a message. The owner answers and says, come by in 2 days. He said it will only take 10-15 mins to see if its repairable. 2 days later, I drive out near WV/PA line where his shop is located and he gets the car lifted up and starts asking why I needed him to check out the frame. He says there is nothing wrong with my rear sub frame except some cosmetic rust. This dude did me right and people like this are rare and I highly suggest that if you are in need of a welder, give him a holler. Thanks again!
