Unfortunately, my sensors showed low PSI in both of my new tires. The staff got my straight back in, found a corroded sensor. They replaced it quickly and free of charge. So yes, a little oppsy on missing the sensor issue but it was taken care of immediately. I watched senior staff educate the newer team members on how to avoid this in the future and went over company policy. I was highly impressed with everyone involved, even if it wasn't the smooth transaction I was hoping for. I would much rather to continue to do business with a company that stands behind their work and trains their employees appropriately.

Came back today to get one of my tires patched up since I had drove over a nail. Walked in at 2:00 PM, they didn't even look at my car until 3:45 PM. I was told it would be ready by 5:00 PM. 4:45 PM rolled around and they STILL HAD NOT EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR. The guy next me told me that he had an appointment for 1:00 PM and they didn't even look at his car until 3:30 PM. It got to the point where I started calling around at other places to see who could take me. THANK GOD the Kia dealership of Muncie was able to get me right away. In and out in 20 minutes. Easy. Not to mention, their technicians were supposed to leave at 5:00 PM but stayed over and helped me out. When I asked the worker at Discount Tire for my keys back so I could leave, he said "I don't blame you, there's still 5 cars ahead of you". A fact that would have been nice to know HOURS EARLIER. I wouldn't have been nearly as upset if he had simply been honest with me and then provided some alternative places that could complete the service. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I will not be going back. If y'all need work done, go to the Kia of Muncie.

I made an appointment to get the oil changed and my tires rotated and balanced. Showed up for my appointment five minutes early. Damon checked me in and when I asked he agreed it would take about an hour. I told him I was going to walk over to T.J.Maxx and he was going to call when my car was ready. One and a half hours later I walked back over thinking that they had just forgotten to call me. I saw my car sitting in one of the bays. When I walked in and talked to Damon he said they still needed to rotate the tires. Imagine my surprise when I saw the hood opened on my car a few minutes later. Even I know that you don't need to open the hood to rotate tires. In the 1 1/2 hours that my car had been there the only thing that had been done was that the car was driven into the bay. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. When Damon came back into the lobby I questioned him about it. He said there had been an issue with another vehicle and it put them behind. He told me I would not be charged for the oil change. Therein lies why my review is not a one star one. Damon took ownership of the issue and took responsibility. And then he went out in the shop to help with my vehicle. We all mess up as humans. What makes a difference is how we handle things when we mess up. And Damon did great with that. And Damon went even beyond that. He also rolled up his sleeves and started helping get my car finished. I appreciate how he handled things.

I did agree to add an alignment but in my haste to finally escape I hadn't asked the price. That part is on me. They agreed to split the difference on the alignment cost which was appreciated (which I told them). But, their inability to quote an even remotely accurate time frame and their subsequent indifference to customer service will keep me from ever returning. It was my first and now my last visit to this business.

Great job by Brandon. My college daughter brought her car in for engine running rough. The…read moretechnician quoted spark plug and coil pack. I elected to do all 4 plugs and coil pacts. Was then told that didn't fix everything and a fuel injector was stuck open and that caused the plug and coil pacts to go bad. Belle tire ordered the part and fixed everything. Manager Brandon called me every step as he understood I was a worried father. Don't think the rest of the staff was as friendly to my daughter though. Feel like they did everything possible to make it right and get my daughter her car back quickly but more importantly running right.
