Very thankful for the timely service. He was very knowledgeable and knew what could be our problem…read morejust by walking in our home and going upstairs. Very friendly and actually, as a courtesy, reconnected our pipe in the attic that the new roofing company disconnected and didn't put back together! I am glad we chose Austin for our new units.

It seems like there has been a change in service quality. Have not had issues when dealing with…read morethem in the past. Getting service scheduled was a real chore. Called on Oct 3rd for 2 of my properties. The first one needed servicing and the other one needs an entire split unit replaced. I provided the person on the phone the address, my phone number, my billing address multiple times. According to my cell phone log, I was the call 8 minutes. This person sounded very confused. I kept repeating myself. Finally I asked if I could email the information, because at this point I knew explaining the unit replacement was going to be too technical. It already took almost 8 minutes to provide the information for the service call. I sent an email and it did go through and I got a call October 6th and they needed the address for the estimate for the new unit, because the street number was not in the email. Looking back at the email, it was in the reference at the header. Also informed that they were going to try to squeeze me in at the other property. The address for the estimate was on the title for the email. Anyway, I asked if they could just respond to my email with any questions. When this person called I was driving and was not about to spend a lot of time repeating information that was already in an email. On October 9th, I had not heard from them and was wondering when my property was going to be serviced. They told me they were waiting for an email because they did not know what property needed to be serviced. I transferred to a lady that started yelling and screaming. She kept screaming over top of me. It was bizarre. I have been managing properties for 26 years and have even used them in the past. However, going through this mess just to arrange a service call is a first for me. The estimate for the new unit could have waited a week or so. However, I am used to getting things scheduled and serviced within a day or two at the latest. Not having to call almost a week later and being told they did not have the address that needed to be serviced when I spoke to the person for 8 minutes providing the information multiple times. Austins have been in the area for several years and I hope the figure out their communication issues for the sake of their business. However, I cannot deal with people that fail to convey scheduling information to their technicians, then yell, scream, and blame me for their failure.
