Sandhills Electrical Company sent James Lett out to replace a hanging 3 light bulb fixture in our kitchen. He was very professional and called to let us know he was on the way. He and his assistant, Mike , were on time to install the new light fixture and replace a light switch in the bathroom. Very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the job was completed. Lowe's home improvement sold me the light fixture and the box was missing a part. James came up with a work around that enabled him to do the install despite having missed a critical piece. He has 28 years of electrical service experience and it shows. Sandhill H&AC just replaced our entire duct system AND Heat Pump. Jose sold the deal and was great to work with, always available from beginning to end. The real heroes were the installation team - Jermaine and Louis. They did a great job, working in my attic, in 100 plus degrees, over 5 days. Never complained, always pleasant and professional. The end result...our system never worked better. They had occasional help from Mike and Antone, also pleasant and professional. Gavin was awesome. We couldn't find our air handler. Our property had over 50 airhandlers. He wouldn't give up. Called in another sandhills employee (scott) and made it happen. On top of that, when we had another issue in a different building he called it in, dropped everything, and fixed that too.
