He was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional from the moment he arrived. He rushed through the job like he couldn't be bothered, left greasy fingerprints inside of the front camera, and sloppily installed the rain sensor with what looked like a double layer of glue or something like that -- which could cause problems down the line. I called to complain and they sent him back to fix it. Not only did he refuse to take responsibility, he stood there and told me he wasn't going to do anything to make it right. Unbelievable. This is how the owner treats customers -- with zero respect and zero accountability. Absolutely disgraceful. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money -- go anywhere else.
