When I first started working with this company, everything was good. But after missing deadlines due to an inept crew. They created more work by damaging things, or 1 guy would be working while 2-3 guys were standing around with their hands in their pockets (and that is if they even showed up). The owner was supposed to be the GC, but was only on the job site one day (the day the house was set). So my wife and I had to do the GCs job to make sure that things were getting done. My recommendation is if you do decide to use them add on about 6 weeks to whatever the contract says and plan on having a lot of work to do that should have been done by this company. read more
