Other than peaky minor issues and on major one all was well. Our biggest complaint was the living room wood floor was "peaking" in at least a dozen places. I contacted them, a rep came out and said it was normal and would level off. Fast forward to nearly a year and flagships owner, the flooring sub came and looked, ordered and independent inspection which said basically nothing was wrong. Between the owner and sub we were given 3 options and we chose to have a new floor laid on top the old. It was done even better than the first...a pad between them and a higher quality. It is now March 2025 and we are extremely pleased with our home.
