We've been coming to WAH for 10yrs now, through 4 dogs. They can be a little pricey but for good reason the quality of service has always been outstanding. Every time we go, they always make a big deal that we're there, especially Andrea, she is awesome! Dr. Duffy is so great at explaining things and takes his time doesn't rush or make you feel rushed. Never really had any issues looking back. We had to put our boxer down, he had lymphoma, they were so respectful and patient with us. I've read through some of the other reviews and am shocked because everything has always been so great for us!

After a visit to WAH, she came home unable to stand or walk and her legs were bandaged up & extremely swollen.

Yesterday morning around 7am my family said goodbye to our 2 year old golden retriever, Gracie. Gracie had epilepsy and would have frequent seizures. WAH prescribed her 3 different types of medicine but the seizures never subsided. Over the past few months Gracie's nose became extremely dry, very abnormal for a dog. Of course, common sense tells us that when a dog has a dry nose it usually means the dog isn't well. My mom took Gracie to the WAH and they told my mom that her nose was dry due to digging and it was nothing to be concerned about. Last Friday Gracie's nose began to bleed and then her mouth started bleeding, this continued for 48 hours straight. My parents immediately brought her into WAH on Monday where they held her to "watch" her and diagnose the bleeding. When my mom went to pick her up at 4pm Gracie's two front legs were bandaged up and her leg was extremely swollen. When my mom took Gracie to WAH she was able to stand and walk, when we brought her home after the visit she was unable to walk at all. Shortly after, Gracie stopped breathing while at home and she passed away. My family did some research on our own and it clearly states that dry nose on a dog is a serious matter, but WAH didn't take the time to actually diagnose the issue which could've prevented her passing. This place is unprofessional, inconsiderate and an embarrassment. I will never recommend anyone take their pets here! We lost a family member yesterday and WAH hasn't even called to send their condolences. Words cannot describe the anger I have towards this facility.

Took my kitten here for a first visit and they did great! Friendly staff and fairly priced.

Why We Keep Coming Back: * They stay in Pawville's "townhomes," which are super spacious and include both indoor and outdoor areas--perfect for comfort and play. * We genuinely look forward to the daily photos and email updates the staff sends. It means so much when we're traveling, especially during longer trips--it gives us peace of mind and keeps us connected to our pups. * The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We were able to tour it before our first booking and felt totally comfortable leaving Ned and Bonita in their care. * Bonus: they offer a multi-pet discount, which is great when you're boarding more than one dog. It's clear the team at Pawville truly cares. We're so thankful to have found a place that treats our dogs like family!

By the 2nd day I noticed 1 of their beds was missing so I called and asked about it. They said one of the dogs pooped on the bed and had to be washed and they would put it back. Checked on the the next day both beds were gone! They weren't eating, I noticed they were not acting right either. Went to pick them up and our pit mix had red hot paws with blisters and a fever. She smelled like bleach! Not ever using pawville ever again! Nobody seemed happy to be there either working. Awful, awful!!!!

We had a great experience with the staff and facility and felt confident in leaving him for longer. Two days into his stay we got a call that his rear leg was swollen and he needed to be taken to the vet. We asked them to proceed since we were out of town and couldn't get him there right away. Less than twelve hours later we had a diagnosis of a spider bite that then turned into a palm size necrosis and ended with a large open wound which required a week stay at the vet and then had to be treated daily for treatments and bandage changes for 6 weeks. $$$$. When I called to inform the owners, Ed and Joan of the diagnosis and treatment to come I was met with the most cold, careless response I could have ever imagined. There was no responsibility taken and they never once asked how they could help. Monetarily or otherwise. I am fully aware this could have happened anywhere, but the customer service at this place is less than ideal.

I have watched this poor dog, as well as his family endure complete devastation both emotionally and financially. He could have lost his life or his leg. Ammo was at the pet hospital for weeks with an open wound the size of your hand. he still has to go every other day for sterile bandage changes. They are now faced with thousands of dollars in bills and Winding Creek takes zero responsibility. Please think long and hard before leaving your pet there. ammo weighs 150#, if this was a smaller dog it wouldn't have a chance.
