We will never go anywhere else, we have found our groomer. ( we haven't lived in Georgia long and have been looking for new regular services for everything) . The doctor then called me and said he was concerned about my cat's health and wanted to do more blood work. He scared me into submission. They charged me over 300.00 for the extra blood work. When the results came back, turns out my cat is 100% healthy. It cost over 800.00 to find out my cat is healthy. When I asked to speak to a doctor about the bill, they started making excuses why a doctor couldn't speak with me. They said they would have one call me Monday. Never happened. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Do not use this clinic.

When I asked for assistance in defraying the $1500.00 I had spent in medical costs on the dog by the time it was three months old to treat his hypertrophic osteodysteophy, they instead blamed us for this genetic disease, made untrue allegations, threatened to sue us, and refused to assist with the costs unless we returned the dog or "used their doctors and then we would be responsible for any further medical costs," and even then it was only to return a $500.00 deposit. Buyer beware. Update report October 2017: our beautiful baby is 10 months old, and is still in and out the vet's office for complications from HOD flare ups, which require X-rays, steroids, and pain pills, from time to time. Additionally, he was also recently diagnosed with hip dysphasia, so now our baby has TWO GENETIC DISEASES to deal with. Why would these breeders continue to breed dogs with genetic problems?? Unbelievable. BUYER REALLY BEWARE.

(No real cutting.. just a bath, teeth cleaned, trim of the feet pads and sanitary areas) I was then asked if I wanted to pay an extra $8 to have my pups feet trimmed up when the BOTTOM of her feet were trimmed. I declined the service. When I went back 4.5 hours later to pick my pup up I was informed that while she was trimming the bottom of her feet she went ahead and trimmed her whole foot up and that she wouldn't charge me extra. She explained that "as a groomer it looks very unkept so I trimmed them up". I told her that I don't trim my dog that she was bought as a shaggy dog. She could tell I was very angry!! I had declined the service yet she did it anyway. She told me there would be no charge and she was sorry. I spoke to my dog so I could pick her up and at that time the lady proceeded to the back and SLAMMED the back area door. She slammed the door as if I did something wrong! She took it upon herself to make a decision that was not hers to make after I clearly told her no! Now it will be months before her hair grows out and she is a photo shoot puppy so I am screwed. The day came and dropped my pup off at 8:45am and picked him up at 4pm. These people get the job done! They did wonderful with him and kindly explained everything I'll need to know. Sent him with meds, microchipped, shots and flea medication all for $110! Not just cheap but they love and care for our pets like their own.
