I immediately booked travel for the following week and emailed Mr. Blair of my plans to meet with him that next Wednesday. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me, he used my interest in the property to persuade other potential buyers to make offers prior to my arrival. Then he Did NOT have the professionalism or common courtesy to inform me that he had done so. I wouldn't have a problem with the fact that he used me to heat up the price or even get more bids, but then the agent left me out of the bidding process all together. I only found out his deception the day i was booked and checked in, to fly up, meet with him, review the property and place a bid. I don't know if this was approved by the owner, but he was copied on my later correspondence with his agent. I would use caution or play it safe and choose another reality company all together.

I had sent him a floor framing plan but he said he went off what I told him. At first they took 3 days to return calls now we are up to 7 days. Steve literally had a tantrum when he walked in and the plumbers were still there. The plumbers and framers all thought he was a complete jerk. Bid an air return and never installed. Had to force him to install. Waited another 7 days days for return call and now final install won't be done for 6 weeks during heatwave & now it arrived damaged and now have to wait another week or 2. Said he would try to get us installed earlier if he had time but never ordered the heat pump so that was a lie!
