The post office section appears to be run by the same people as the newsagents, but then i suppose that makes sense, it's just annoying as you have to faff arround a bit if you want to buy a chocolate bar as well as getting something posted or such like. They offer the usual range of services as in all sub post offices so you can post your parcels, buy stamps, etc etc. Doesn't tend to get too busy from what i have seen but i may not have visited at peak times - only been in there a couple of times. In my opinion, just as good as all other sub post offices - it does the job!

One member of staff was both inefficient and incredibly rude to me recently and it's put me right off going there, even though it's convenient. It's nowhere near as friendly as it was and I wouldn't say it was quicker, either.

The décor could do with a little modernisation but other than that I have no complaints. My stay here was very pleasant, it was a few years ago now with my parents and it was just a nice and relaxed time. The rates start at £45 which is a great deal really! You get tea and coffee in your room with a kettle so you can just sit with that in the evening or morning before heading of for a meal at the restaurant. They do really nice pub grub and home-made food and it tastes really nice! The pub is really historical and old with provides a great atmosphere. Enjoyable.
