Stopped in for lunch and was surprised to see the place being put together, filling napkin/condiment holders and chasing the empty ones that blew off the tables. Food was under whelming (shrimp quesadilla had no flavor) and understand they stopped selling pizza(speaking with someone it was a big seller). First let me say we absolutely love this place! Five ! We have been visiting places along the Chesapeake Bay for about 10 years off and on. We have visited Gwynn's Island and Deltaville. Both are just a couple of peninsulas over, and now we have found Windmill Point Marina. We have fallen in love with the Million Dollar $$$ views! The staff,Tony and Bear, here at Windmill Point are the best! Friendly, helpful and always entertaining guest of the marina. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family. The Tiki bar and restaurant has been killing it. James and his staff are doing a great job with staying within the restrictions that have been put on them due to Covid. Top it off with some music and you are set Windmill Point Marina has so much history and is loved by all, as we have learned from the old timers that have stop by and visited with us. All I can say is, come to Windmill Point Marina and see for yourself. Worse case, you get that Million Dollar $$$ view and a cold drink, how bad could that be! Cheers read more

Nope, nope, NOPE!!! Sad, this place has so much potential. We've been here numerous times, each time we leave shaking our heads and wondering why we came back?! Took almost an hour to get drinks, then when they did finally come, the order was completely wrong!!! The "last" time we planned to go, we called ahead to see if they could accommodate our Sailboat. Their dockmaster advised us that we could get in, but wouldn't be able to get back out, as the tide was going out. Knowing that the tide was actually COMING IN, we thought it best to just write this place off. There are too many other places in the area to waste time and money here! read more

We were in town visiting my mother this weekend and went to the tiki bar. so very pretty but we had horrible service. I know you were very busy but our server Ashley was rude rude rude. I waited tables the entire time I was in college so I understand it is a crazy job. While we were dining another couple were having the same problem and proceeded to show us a nasty Facebook post that our server had put up. I do not do Facebook, I think it slowly is ruining the world and as a teacher I have a first hand view of this. I had them email me the post, I think you need to see it. We do not get down here often to see my recently retired parents as we live up north but when we come back, (most likely for labor day), we will not be back. The customer service needs a major overhaul. Food was a long time coming but that is understandable being a holiday weekend. It was tasty!!!! Attached if I do this right is the post she had , I guess the other couple we were sitting next to were "locals" and knew of her. I cant help but think how many people have seen this post and how badly this reflects on your nice business. IF SHE IS A MANAGER THEN GOD HELP THAT PLACE!!!! don't waste your money at kc's tiki bar restaurant. it took over an hour to get our food while sitting in the sweltering heat. they got our orders wrong too.
