Since my husband and I first contacted this company in June of 2023 to install a screen door and to 'stretch' and fix several of the screens on our porch we have never received a functioning screen door. Since July, all we have is a poorly installed frame which will have to be removed and the wood that it is attached to will have to be repaired. We have requested a refund 3 times and each time we call, the woman who answers the phone says that someone will have to call us back which has never happened. Additionally, when the installer came to stretch and repair our screens, not only did he indicate that he would have to replace them (which drove up the cost) he did so quite sloppily to the point that someone else had to repair his shoddy job. We have our fully paid invoice, phone, e-mail, and text records to indicate that we have contacted this company over 10 times to request a refund for shoddy and incomplete work with no solution. They are slick-talking with their sales and incompetent and predatory with their work, products, and "customer service." read more

Well, since according to Mr. Griffin I am not a real customer, let anyone that is currently in or has been in the past, in real estate look me up and you will see that I am very real. You all see what he did there in his reply folks? His comment about "payment made to me or my company"? That is because he has people write checks directly out to his unwitting worker Mike. Bless his heart, Mike is a good person but just does not know how to do the job that he is tasked to do and certainly doesn't realize the man behind the curtain of "OZ". Or at least I sure hope he doesn't. And as someone who is "not a real customer" Mr. Griffin was sure not happy when a "not a real customer" shows up at this business to call him out on his BS and is not intimidated by his size and demeaner and rage that is brought on by I can only imagine what. It is a shame too because this "little job" customer that he told Mike that he told him not to take, deals with homeowners every single day and could have really sent hundreds of potential customers his way. I hired this company to replace the windows and doors in my home,and add a skylight to my sunroom.I had requested the owner Mathew Griffin replace all windows and doors with Hurricane proof doors and windows.He gave me a price for what I wanted done of 16,575 that I agreed to .Him and his crew were to start the next day ,but did not.They showed up the following day to start the work on my home.The job they were hired to do was to take a week to complete,but it was three weeks before the job was finished. Every single window was not hurricane proof neither were any of the food.They were all regular windows and doors,not hurricane proof.The skylight that was added to my sunroom was not installed right as well.It begin to leak water into my sunroom when it would rain .It was not put in or sealed correctly.This has been such a terrible time for my family.I have contacted the owner Mathew Griffin several times and I'm always told by his office he is out and would return my call,but not once have I heard from him about this situation.I would not recommend this company to any at all.Mr Griffin comes off to be a professional business man when you first meet him but is totally the opposite.This man is nothing but a professional conartist!! I was charged for the things I had ask for but nothing was done as I ask it to be done The job he done was worth about 8000$ when he was paid double .He and his company truly ripped my family off..
