Tom gets 10 stars! From start to finish the process was so easy. His prices are very fair and he works very hard. He's a perfectionist. He did the windows outside first. Then he did them inside. Then he went back outside to fix any leftover spots. My windows are sparkling and I couldn't be happier. My estimate was just for the windows/screens in my house -- but he did my garage windows and all of the mirrors in my home (and I have a lot!) as a courtesy. He even removed a sticker on one of the mirrors that one of my kids stuck on, like 5 years ago that I couldn't get off. He is the best! read more

Tom is the best! Came to check out what work I needed and he told me the cost. Very reasonable price quote, so we immediately scheduled an appointment for the following week. Tom showed up at the exact time we specified (10AM), finished two hours later and everything was done to my liking. He is very anxious to make sure he does a good job and wants you to inspect his work and let you know if there any spots or scuffs that need additional work. In my case, everything was 100% without needing touch-ups. But this is something I really appreciated... Great service, great price, great guy! I had a gutter that was filled with debris and sand from the shingles. Nails had popped out and it sagged, filled with water at the last storm, and wouldn't drain. I called Tom, he returned my call within an hour and made an appointment the next day for an estimate. He texted before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Gave me a price and was able to clean my gutters and replace nails with gutter screws. He ran water through the gutters to make sure they drained properly, also cleaned out a clogged downspout. He was great to work with -- friendly and professional. Mr Petroff did finally call me, explaining his phone was stolen out of his car while on vacation etc. and that in fact he had not received any of my messages. That is why he had not been in touch. I suppose sometimes circumstances beyond our control like this do occur, and at this point all he can do is apologize. Which he has done and seems very sincere. He came and gave me a bid to do my job, and even discounted his (already very reasonable) price to try and make up for the failed communication. He's an extremely pleasant man, who appears to be very concerned about his customer's satisfaction. He's really redeemed my faith in his company, and my overall opinion of customer service here in LA. I find many companies could care less, so his real concern for this issue, and his customer satisfaction is quite refreshing. His work was excellent. He was on time, very efficient and my windows have never looked better! We've used other window cleaners before and I've never been this pleased. After a rocky start, (beyond his control) Tom came through with flying colors! I'm very pleased and would highly recommend him and his service. Dealing with Tom was straightforward and painless.We are in the middle of a major remodel but wanted our new windows to get washed before the construction muck and junk caused more damage to windows. I contacted Tom after two failed tries with two other very un-professional window service owners - that were rude and tried to pawn me off to someone else. Tom was different!
