Arrived just a few minutes before scheduled appt.. five stars for promptness.. Darrell and his employees friendly and professional.. It's great to see the boss actually doing work along with his employees.. Says a lot about someone's character.. You could genuinely see how he takes his time to train and nurture his staff, and the gratefulness they feel towards their boss.. Which in turn, shows through with an outstanding job performed..!! I've never seen a screen washer device before, so that was interesting. My only hesitation in referring is the very wet method used. While it was not a problem outside, it was inside. The house was to be put up for sale and the wood floors had just been refinished. Even after asking him to make sure he wiped up all of the splashes, he forgot. And he forgot the screen to the sliding glass door. I chalk that up to a very long work day. He offered to come and clean the screen the next day, but I was able to do it myself in a few minutes.

The main issue was a massive buildup of pigeon waste underneath the panels. Eric did a phenomenal job washing it all out, and he took the extra time to thoroughly assess the bird fencing around the array to make sure it was secure. He was extremely careful and professional throughout the process, showing a clear understanding of the delicate wiring underneath the panels. The solar panels look absolutely phenomenal now. While he was here, I asked if he could also wash my home windows. He was incredibly accommodating and added the job on the spot. He even took care of the glass window on my garage door without me even having to ask! Gladys arrived first to walk around the house and provide an estimate; there are three options: 1) interior and exterior window cleaning + screens; 2) tracks cleaned and vacuum add-on; 3) exterior windows only, including screens. We chose 1 and 2. About 20 minutes after we approved the estimate, Jaime and Nathan showed up (usually owner Cesar is part of the crew, but he had a prior engagement). They began with the interior and took care to lay down towels to protect items near windows. After a few hours, our windows, screens, tracks, and bathroom mirrors (yep, they cleaned those too!) were spotless. Their pricing is a very good value. You can find less expensive window cleaners (and more expensive, for that matter), but you will be sacrificing quality. If you need your windows expertly cleaned, look no further.

Owner Kevin Panche and his team were on time, professional, and responsive to our many questions before the day of the cleaning. Unlike other companies we contacted, they will clean solar panels that are installed on a steep roof (like ours), taking necessary safety precautions. They also have very competitive pricing. They thoroughly cleaned the solar panels, including underneath, and on their recommendation we also had them cover the panels with netting, which keeps the pigeons off. Apparently solar panels can get dirty pretty quickly - we had ours installed in November 2019 and between the pigeons and weather, they were already in need of a cleaning in just over 6 months. They also cleaned our window screens and windows, inside and out. They used specialized equipment on the outside and high-end squeegees on the inside. Kevin pointed out where previous window cleanings had resulted in scratches on the glass due to the use of cheap equipment.
