I have custom molding on every window - a shade mechanism would have ruined the aesthetics. - The standard exterior options - provided little privacy in the evening. - I was about to give up but Cory created a brilliant solution. - He researched and ordered custom full-privacy exterior shades (from a supplier outside his network), coupled these with a custom weatherproof housing, installed all and programmed the system to work from inside my home - I can sit on my couch and operate 7 different outside shades w a remote. - And it looks like it was planned when the house was built. - The price = very reasonable esp given all the extras and Cory is great to work with. Once received from the continent, they came, 4 of them to remove the framing and the one pane. They then installed the framing on the new glass, the installed the complete piece. They then adjusted the 3 panels of glass that made up the glass curtain wall of or lanai. Then, after meticulously adjusting, caulking (inside and out) and then cleaning the new glass, the installation was complete. They then cleaned up around the install. Our hand held shower head drop and caused a nick. I emailed them they came out to retouch it. We were using a bath mat because we have a 1.5year old now two using that bathroom. She said bath mats void the warranty. I attempted to shower without a bath mat after the drying period, I fell in the tub and bruised my leg and hip. If I was elderly I probably would have died. The bath mat has been down every since which we take up to wash the tub daily. No the suckers from the mat has pulled up sections and we are looking into reglazing now resurfacing. If you want to use a mat for safety this product is not for you but this company was great to work with, that's the reason for the 4 stars.
