I literally just walked into Floor Coverings International (4:20pm) and nobody was in there. I walked around (it's quite small) for 5-10 minutes and nobody came to help or anything. Go to Carpet One or Carpet Mart... they both have people actually inside the store and making an appointment was quick and easy. I feel like a place who has no customer service in the beginning will only get worse if there's an issue later down the line.

I sent an email outlining my issue and within 24 hours I was receiving a call with an explanation of what may be the issue and even an estimate to fix it.. This was great considering I didn't live too close and I didn't want to spend a lot on getting it repaired.. I arrived kinda close to closing time and the man in charge of the repair was just about to leave... YET... he stayed to fix my lamp for me... And let me tell you... They had time on their schedule for interior work and with the immense amount of rain, were able to arrive the day after we accepted the proposal and were finished in 2.5 days. It's an older property completely painted by the previous homeowner and full of flaws. Runs, hair and chips in the paint were a small sample of the mess the walls and trim were in when they started. Their wall prep was extensive and thorough, I was watching them closely and they met my exacting standards. The finished product was smooth, all of the flaws minimized or remediated completely and we are absolutely thrilled and delighted with the transformation of our newly purchased home.
