In the end, the job was done very poorly. I had to hire another person to redo everything. Save your money and your time -- he is not reliable. There are always excuses, and in the end he stops answering calls, even after being paid. That was my mistake. I do not recommend working with him.

With two bathrooms, we were always left with facilities that we could use. The crew were always polite, considerate of our wishes and informative. We are pleased with the results in both bathrooms - definitely met our expectations. They worked within the rules and regulations of the condo - pleasing our neighbours and the also our superintendent. Jim, the team leader, is a gem. He was our sounding board for decision making, leading us in appropriate organized directions. He insured the high quality of the installations and our comfort during construction. i gave it 1 star - i like the product. the renovation was delayed from March due to Covid. the…read moreinstallation took almost 3 months from start, August 17 to finish November 26 with LOTS of issues and unprofessionalism. despite numeous emails, phone calls & texts; i had no other support from the Company except the installer who, sorry to say did not have "precision" in mind (see the photos i uploaded). i had no use of my shower for over a month and had to use a bucket (ugh & gross). the shower base was installed improperly causing 2 leaks to my downstair neighbour. the hot water was not turned back on day 1 leaving my side of the builidng with no hot water at 10pm! the shower frames were scratched (only 1 photo but 2 different spots) from the start. the finishing touches were totally ugly (see my photos, looks worse than a DIY) the shower doors were making a snapping sound and i was told that's the way it was. i complained bitterly until someone finally came to fix it! the shower head & shower control panel were not installed properly. the list is looooong...need i say more. do i need more reasons to be in an emotional wreck! refund requested.

After about 10 minutes of work, during which he had already removed the window from its frame, the technician informed her that the repair would actually cost $530, claiming he had discovered additional issues. At that point, my sister felt she had no choice but to agree, since the window was already removed and she could not stop the repair midway. The entire repair took about 40 minutes. The parts he replaced--shown in the attached photos--cost approximately $75 when purchased retail. This means the company charged $465 for 40 minutes of labour, which is unreasonable by any industry standard. At the end of the job, the technician requested cash payment, stating that he would "not charge taxes" if paid in cash. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns. The following day, I contacted management to file a complaint. They were dismissive and only provided a receipt after I insisted and mentioned the technician's cash request. The receipt they issued is not itemized--no breakdown of parts, labour, or time spent--despite my request. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and appears intentional. I have home camera footage confirming the technician was present for only 40-45 minutes. I also have proof of the actual part costs. There is no justification for the inflated price, the mid job price increase, or the refusal to provide an itemized invoice. Lessons learned (and advice for others): * Always demand a final price before any work begins. * Never allow a contractor to change the price mid job. * Request an itemized estimate (parts + labour) before they start. * Ensure the time billed matches the actual time spent. * Always insist on an itemized receipt. A vague receipt is a red flag. I acknowledge that I made the mistake of allowing the work to begin without a confirmed final price, and my sister felt pressured. I had hired him to install a light fixture, mount a Dyson charger to the wall and 2 light fixtures in the bedroom. Within a couple days the Dyson fixture fell out of the wall, both light fixtures crooked and falling out within a week. Turns out he didn't use plugs or anything and tried to mount these things loose in the drywall. On top of that the main light fixture in the kitchen was crooked as well. I reached out to Mike and he had promised to come fix it and correct the mistakes, he then started no showing and cancelling our made appointments. It got to the point where he was saying he would come at a specific time and date and would just no show without a phone call or email. After months of back and forth he finally blocked my number. After getting a hold of his sister or whoever it may be (through a different number) she promised to have him reach out, when he did yet again another no show! They then promised to reimburse me for the initial flat rate + hourly I paid for 2 people.. that never happened and once again blocked and ignored my calls. 2 years later I've been completely ripped off, my walls damaged and then my time wasted by Mike. Avoid at all costs as this was a complete nightmare.

Heavy pencil marks on the floor, paint smeared on the floor rather than properly cleaned (can't get it up now), paint on the ceilings, no cutting-in, coloured paint all over the trim, ZERO prep (painted over peeling paint), no drop sheets, rude and arrogant attitude, property broken. The floors dip in places because the concrete underneath wasn't removed properly. He refused to fix the paint job or the floors and left approximately $1,500.00 work unfinished. Thankfully, I hadn't paid him the last $1,500.00. One of the reviews listed has been written by the fellow Robert contracts to install kitchens - his folks installed mine. Kind of suspect, don't you think? He didn't finish the job either. Robert will show you many pictures of kitchens he says he has done. He does none of the work himself. All the work he did himself in my home was crappy - all of it. A terrible experience from beginning to end. I just wish I still had photos of the poor work he did.
