Beware! I am not sure this is even a real business. No contracts, no paper trail, workers from another company doing the work, discounts for cash, no checking of the work, BUYER BEWARE. If you want to know the whole story keep reading... Things started off just as most of the other commenters here. Danny seemed to respond quickly with a quote and arranged a time for the cleaning. I explained to him over the phone that it was a new construction and I would like to have the windows cleaned and remove any construction residue that was left from the installation. He agreed and we had a deal. That's where the good experience ended. I was a bit concerned as the agreement was made by him dropping a quote for the job off on a business card left in my mailbox. That was it. No signed contract, email trail, nothing. I didn't think much of it but I thought it was odd that there was a discount for paying cash versus other forms of payment. The experience felt pretty shady to me but the price was right and I was desperate. The cleaners arrived and were wearing shirts from another cleaning company. Were these contractors sent by Danny? Is there even a trusted, insured staff that he employs? Or is he merely a middleman using other companies staff on the side? This didn't feel right. The cleaners proceeded to move around the house cleaning the windows. I observed sloppy work and almost zero attention to detail. As I checked the work I noticed that the windows were not clean like we discussed. Sure they ran a squeegee over them but the construction residue remained. They even missed a few windows completely. Most of this was noticed after they left so I quickly called Danny. The conversation with Danny started off well but quickly moved to him not being cooperative and stating that our first conversation never included the "full" cleaning of the windows. This is the first time I have used a service to clean my windows so I was unaware that there were levels of a "clean" window. After a somewhat heated conversation, Danny finally realized I was unhappy with the work but only after I threatened to share my experience on yelp and/or other forums. He sent the same bad crew, still wearing another companies' attire, back to my house to resolve the job. They were reluctant and I had to follow them around and show them exactly what I wanted clean in every window. Then they left and half of the windows were still not clean but at this point, I was done with this company. Danny and another woman who worked with him called me to ask me about the experience and I shared I was very unhappy. The work wasn't done and the experience was one of the worst. They asked me if there was anything they could do...are you kidding? If I am paying for a service I expect that service to be done. I never heard from them again and hopefully never will. read more

And the very next day they were here cleaning my gutters. 2 guys did my gutters within an hour, I have a fairly small house but tall. They showed me the before and after photos before they left. And they reconnected a downspout that had come loose that I didn't even realize. They put a new screw in to keep it connected. Definitely will hire them again when needed. The screens and windows all over my house were so clean after they finished that when I was looking out a couple of windows I literally thought they had forgotten to install the screens. No, they hadn't forgotten: it's just that things were so clean that the screens were not visible and I had to walk up to the window to verify the screen was installed! I hadn't had my windows cleaned for a few years because the last company I used had changed personnel and their last job left me with streaks on the windows, dirty window sills -- just a sloppy job in general, and on top of that, it was difficult to schedule. So, I was wary about trying out a new company. But in September, I had some work done on the outside of my house, and the windows got so dirty that I couldn't put it off any longer and took the plunge with Windows Cleaning Expert.
