I have never been so happy with the OUTSTANDING SERVICE I received from Ivan and his crew! My experience started with a professional and immediate response to my request for a quote. Ivan came out to our home and took careful review of our windows. We have a Great Room with a 26 foot ceiling and I was never able to find a window washing service that could reach the top level. Not only did Ivan and his team get up there with their ladders, they were careful and very respectful of our home. He was careful to put drop cloths down to protect the furniture and the hardwood floors. The team arrived on time, were mindful of removing their shoes and cleaned each room as they finished the windows. We have an indoor pool room with skylight windows which they were able to clean! Again, I cannot recommend HI Cleaners highly enough. You will be THRILLED! I have told Ivan he is stuck with me for life! These guys are awesome. They did an exceptional job. I actually used both of their companies HiCleaners and HiPainters. First i had my windows washed and after i had my window frames painted on the inside and outside. First off, the windows look phenomenal. I couldn't be happier, their pricing was very fair and i didn't feel like i was being taken for a ride. They absolutely made sure that they didn't leave until i told them that everything is perfect. I would definitely hire these guys again. Scheduling was a breeze, they answered right away and they sounded very professional. They didn't reschedule me, which is nice because i have a tight schedule. I tried to clean my Windows myself however it looked good on a cloudy day, but as soon as the sun shined through, it turned into streak city. I guess I have difficult windows to clean, they do have a lot of dividers. I got several quotes from other company's and this company was the lowest. I'm really satisfied with the price and I'm extremely happy with the end result. I recommend these guys to everyone, they have the lowest prices, and they have amazing 5 star service. Even on the phone they were very professional, they knew what they were talking about and it seemed like they had been doing this for a long time. They answered right away, and never kept me waiting. I got a quote over the phone which was great. The best part is that I think I had several windows more than I said I counted, but they still kept the same price that they said over the phone. We needed our house power washed and HI Cleaners were right on it. Chris gave me the best price (of three estimates) for cleaning mold off my deck as well as oil and rust stains on my driveway. I also needed one of my porches and the front side of my three story house cleaned. They were flexible in scheduling and completed the job much faster than I expected. I mentioned that I needed house cleaning and asked if they could suggest some references but Dave said HI Cleaners provides that service as well! He called the owner right away to schedule a house cleaning for me. The same afternoon they sent a team of two over, Sarah and John. They worked hard and efficiently to make my kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces look spotless! I'm very particular and the first thing I looked at was the mirror. I was pleased to find that it was cleaned perfectly. I am so impressed with this company! We called Hi Cleaners to schedule a cleaning on our windows that were absolutely filthy, they have not been cleaned for almost 2 years. Chris answered our call very soon after and let us know he was available to do a same day free estimate. He arrived promptly wearing shoe covered booties!! This made my day, as I am 9 months pregnant and wash my floor daily. He came in examined the windows, and let us know he would call back to schedule. He called that same night and let us know he could come the next day! When He showed up he was on time and very pleasant. He washed all of our windows to perfection! My husband and I have never seen glass sparkle so much, we thought the windows were open, they were so clean! He not only did the glass, he did the panes and sills. Eddie and his team power washed our decks last week -wow- they look like new now. We have used contractors for the last 20+ years, had our landscaper do it, done it ourselves - nothing compares to Eddie's work. When he showed up, he took one look at the front deck and said that a complete sanding was not necessary. He felt that a good power washing would do the magic. I was nervous at the beginning, but he was confident that washing would be sufficient. The quote Eddie gave me was considerably lower than the other companies on the market, even with a complete resealing of the deck with a redwood stain. If you need your house, deck, walk way power washed, I would call Hi Cleaners and request Eddie! Update: Just used their services again and this time Ivan showed up with his team and my windows are sparkling again. Keep it up guys!!! read more

Hi Cleaners has been out to our home in Lexington twice now and both times have done an exceptional and extremely professional job. On the first trip, they powerwashed our large patio and did an amazing job, both on the patio itself and on the clean up work after the fact. Work was done thoroughly and professionally and we were extremely pleased with the result. Our patio looks brand new. I will have them out again in the spring to do the front walkway. On the second trip out, they did a cleaning of our roof, removing the moss that had gathered there over the past ten years. Again, their work was thorough and professionally performed. Great communication along the way leading up to the appointment and through the completion of their work. Tough to find professional contractors like this. I used Hi Cleaners because of the 5-star reviews on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. I live in an historical brownstone in downtown Boston & the windows are original from 1860--they are OLD and HEAVY and would costs thousands of dollars to replace if they suffered some mishap. Of course, they also get filthy, and because I was scared to touch them, I had to find experts to clean them. Chris and his partner were super-professional, friendly, fast, clean, (some window-cleaners will mess up your apartment, and they didn't), and left my windows SPARKLING. Chris even CAME BACK DAY OFF FOR FREE! to help fix a storm window that hadn't been put up all the way. (I offered to compensate him for his time and mileage, but he smilingly refused.) The owner of the company came along with one colleague -- both were prompt, professional, and careful -- and cleaned both the inside and outside of the windows, removing screens and stuff in the way. We had HiCleaners clean out our gutters and clean off our roof (strictly speaking, the front half) to remediate some mold/moss that had started growing on the shingles. Both jobs were done professionally and on-time. Vasko came out to do the roof washing and sprayed the roof with a solution to kill the mold/moss and prevent it from growing any more. Upon arrival he said that our roof wasn't that large and that he would spray down the front side of the house too free of charge. He also noticed some lichen growing on our front stairs in our garden and treated/cleaned that up as well again free of charge. On both jobs, they took time before they started to carefully explain what they would do (and check if we had any questions), and then did likewise upon completion.
