We have had several things done, each with excellent results. 1) A few years ago, cleaned our deck, which had a lot of mildew, and cleaned garage roof, which had green stuff on it. 2) Earlier this year, washed the siding and windows. House looks new again. Vasko had some of the cleaning mix left over and cleaned some of our mildewed white plastic chairs, making them look new again. 3) Vasko returned yesterday to install gutter guards, cleaning leaves out of gutters and downspouts before putting gutter guards on. He installed bird spikes in one area where we had a problem, and made a minor repair to one downspout. It's a small business aiming to grow, so they do a good job and grow by way of word of mouth. Ivan gave a quick estimate, after coming to view the house and job. We had window cleaning, inside and outside -- definitely recommend to include the inside cleaning. Orlando was very careful and took out the screens and cleaned the trims and put them back in after the outside power washer had cleaned windows. He then wiped the inner part of the sill clean too.
