I got three ompanies to quote for the replacement of our patio door. WindowsPlus was the absolute best of the bunch. The site visit and quote was very professional and very knowledgeable. The quote was very detailed and left no grey areas. Installers were in and out in four hours and did a great job and a great clean up. The finish work was top notch. Windows Plus just finished their work on our house and we are glad to give them a 5 star rating (out of 5). We started our renovations last year by getting quotes from 3 contractors for 7 windows and re-shingling a couple walls. The owner of WindowsPlus, Mark McGrath, came a couple times to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted, and he came in with the lowest of 3 close estimates. We went to friends and social media for recommendations and Windows Plus came out on top. We went with them and are glad we did. The windows crew was fast and efficient, getting in and out in one day. Because they were here quite a bit longer, we got to know the shingling crew better. Gary and his sons were efficient and did great work, period. Based on the quality of that work last year, we didn't even look for other quotes this year to replace the rest of the windows and re-side the rest of the house. Again, the windows crew were in and out in short order. Unlike a few other windows in the house, the new ones that WindowsPlus put in are installed right so that they can basically be opened and closed with one finger. Gary and his sons again did the siding and were hard working, reliable, did great work and cleaned up the work site every day to minimize disruption to us and our neighbours. So happy with the job they did on my front bay window. Very polite, quiet and tidy workers. Professional job done in less time than they estimated. Would love to hire them again! Recommended to me by a friend as they "fixed" another contractors work. They did a fantastic job on her house too. Also worked on a neighbours house. They are very pleased too. read more

Have been trying to get a window installed by this company repaired for some time, in addition to…read moregetting several windows installed. They kept promising to resolve the problem, yet never followed through with their promise. Their salesperson, who is also head of I.T. really should decide which department he wants to excel in, since he doesn't seem to know much about sales. Showing up for a sales call in a Tesla with a Tesla hat did not inspire me, nor did his knowledge of windows. Being the son of the owner must account for something. Found another company and am going to get the job done on the repair and new windows.

I selected this company for our project based on pricing. The company showed up on time though…read morethere was an issue with the measurements and final fitting. The measure of a company is how well it deals with issues that arise during the project work and Nova Doors and Windows were more then up to the task.
