They must have a big oh training camp to teach this guy's the same sales pitch. All the reviews I've read about their sales pitch is the same rude high pressure your the best customer let me call my best friend in Arkansas.. but what oissed me off was when he dragged a chair and sat down in front of me, holding a tablet with the newest marked down price. Wanting me to call my husband at work to get him to ok the sale. He just sat there and kept say call your husband , and each time I told him no he kept on. I had to get the workers i had there to escort the Goober out. What's the sad part they said $29,000 for 8 windows, and the final price was like $7000. I had windows and screens installed Oct 23rd-Oct 24, 2025. I informed Sedrick Augustus, Regional Mgr, that there is an issue with the install, the screens are not made correctly. He had referred me to customer service. Customer service quickly informed me that the screens were not covered under warranty. My complaint is I never received a product of basic quality. They emailed me a request to replace. I did not receive replacement until Nov 20th. The installer came and tried to correct the situation but it was the same issue, poorly fit and extremely flimsy frame. Pictures were again provided and report was being submitted to company. Again, I did tell them this is not acceptable on any level, especially on a $15,000 job, 15 windows TWELVE screens and not on the minimal level acceptable. The product is subpar. The screens were presented as part of the whole process and was included and praised as part of the package. They will be sending another of the same screens, so this will be the 3rd set of crappy screens. If you can't stand 100% behind your product you shouldn't be presenting it or making it appear as a great package deal. At present, regretting dealing with this company. read more

I purchased windows for my disabled mother. The salesman explained and demonstrated well, but the weird phone call he made to some guy claiming to be in the office in Arkansas at 10 pm was strange. I looked over that, but after the windows were installed, my mother called me to see why her widow wet her carpet. I let the window open to see if the water was coming from the window. As soon as I let the window open, water poured from both sides of the window. Not only the bedroom window but all windows throughout the house. I was angry because it took over a month for a tech to come when it only took 2 to 3 days to go and install the windows. I informed them to let me know when they would arrive because I did not want my disabled mother to deal with them alone, but they came without notifying me and drilled holes in every window to drain the water!! Please save yourself the headache and stay away from this company. I will be filing a lawsuit because they are a bunch of cons taking advantage of elderly disabled people. But they crossed the line when it came to my mother! Her carpet smells, and the walls are mildew due to water in all the windows coming through the walls!! read more

Buyer beware! This company uses high-pressure and unethical sales practices. The salesman did a good job explaining the product, but after that it just got weird, phone calls to some guy at the home office in Arkansas to try to bait me and manipulate me with 3 different prices for the same product. One price was the "awesome every-day amazingly competitive price". Another was the "I'm a great customer with a beautiful home and need you to commit today" price. And then when I got fed up with the guy on the phone babbling on and needing it to end, the salesman rang my door bell with one last price after I had said goodbye. The difference between price #1 and price #3 was 36% !! Again, I was fine with the salesman, but the phone dynamic between him and the guy at the home office was very suspect and unethical. 6/1/21 was my windows installing day The installers arrived early and we waited several hours for the windows to arrive however it was getting too late to start the work The next morning the installers arrived and the windows arrived 30 minutes later The installers informed me the window was broken and needed to be replaced two weeks later the window was delivered to my home a couple of days later when the installers arrived they discovered the window were broken again After all this unprofessionalism and waisted time customer service sent me a $50 Walmart gift card and I still don't have my window in and it's been a month now read more

You can certainly tell that Windows USA doesn't pay yelp. Great windows, great service, great installation. Are they more expensive than other vinyl windows? Yes, but you get what you pay for and their warranty is the best. Don't rely on Yelp. Check the BBB, Angie's List and Google. read more

I bought my windows in 2016 when I built my addition on my house. I could instantly tell the difference in these windows and the other windows I already had in my house. They're way better at keeping the heat out in the summer and the cold out in the winter. It's not even close. The customer service was fantastic. I broke a piece that allows the window to tilt so I called and spoke to Sharon and she had it fixed no questions asked. Great product great service. read more

Buyer beware! Please, do your research first. Wish I had. I was shocked to learn about Windows USA having a class-action lawsuit brought against them for deceptive & high-pressured sales pitch. We have paid over $10,000 for 12 windows. Around$140 a month for nothing more than some good-looking double-paned glass windows. The Lord will probably come back or call me Home before we get these windows paid for. read more
