Exceptional selection with reasonable prices. So far the best shop we have found this trip.

A big building, a good layout, and there is a barn next door too. Walking through was nice as I did not feel as though I'd bump into something. Been there in September '25, and January '26 nice and reasonably priced. Very nice staff.

But, its fun to look ... especially since it's rained almost every @%!& day in July and what else does one do in the rain on Cape Cod than browse and shop? First of all ... the used records pulled me in. The selection was pretty picked over. Barely any classic rock of note ... lots of jazz and eclectic stuff. However, HUGELY overpriced and the condition of many records was a bit rough. Some pricing examples ... The Doors, Soft Parade original in VG+ condition was $45. Owch. Lots of Beatles records for $30 - $100. Edith Piaf album I paid $2.50 for on EBay was over $12. You have to bring the copies of the over $15+ albums to the counter to inspect the condition. The vinyl section was crowded but honestly, not many bargains to be had. They have LOTS of stuff ... the store is a long barn and filled to the brim. There was a wall of 'vintage' Nautical paintings of sailors for $150 - $350, depending on the size. To me, they looked like they were painted recently. While cool, in a retro-kitchy fashion, the price was steep for a faux vintage Sea Captain painting. There were cases of old toys, costume jewelery and other antique stuff. I saw a couple authentic British Pub signs for $500 which were cool. They had some vintage cameras but many were untested and the same price as the tested ones online. The vintage typewriters had keys which were stuck and were priced the same as tested working ones online. I walked out empty-handed but I give 4 stars because it was a good way to spend an hour browsing on a rainy day. The only thing I was considering buying was a jazz record I wanted to listen to that night but it had a pretty scuffed surface, so I passed. Three people in front of me bought records ... maybe they were luckier or less picky. You may find something cool here but don't plan on finding inexpensive treasure. At the very least its fun to look.

Open seasonal, with the ability to walk by and call Richard for an appointment in winter. Right on Main Street, in the Chatham Shopping District. A must to stop-by and go-in. Antique books, delft plates, Wedgwood, Sandwich glass, and so many other items to choose from. The antiques are not just regional or nautical; in fact, Richard travels all over and acquire the best of the best from the Revolutionary-era Americana to early 20th century curios. Prices are very reasonable. They have smaller pieces of Cape glassware under 100.00, 50.00, and 30.00 dollars - very affordable to very high-end expensive collector pieces. This store is not a 'clean out an estate' store that sells everything, it leans more to the more selective collector. You will be greeted by a sweet and noble beast named, Tyler - give him a pet! One of the best antique stores I've ever frequented.
