Unfortunately, our neighbors are so loud and disruptive as their kids scream so loud and thud/thump/bang/boom into our wall. They do nothing about it and it makes it nearly impossible to relax in your own home. This is so upsetting because it would turn my reviews and feelings around if the management would resolve it. It's so bad that my husband and I feel it sitting in our couch at night and in bed as well. We have tried to get help multiple times resolving this issue the correct way with the complex but it has yet to get any better. We have presented videos as well so they can understand how disruptive it gets. I really really hope that it does get better because I've said time and time again how badly I want to love living here and not feel every night uncomfortable. Windsor at Doral is an amazing place to live. The management team is top-notch and always goes above and beyond to care for their residents. The amenities are great, and there's always something to do. The location can't be beaten, and the schools in the area are excellent. I've lived in a few different rental communities in the Doral area, and Windsor at Doral is by far the best. The rooms are spacious and include a washer and dryer. The kitchen is also large and consists of a dishwasher and icemaker (my favorite). The living room is perfect for hosting guests. The balconies in units are spacious and perfect for relaxing outdoors. I love spending time on my balcony, and it's a great place to relax after a long day. The view is beautiful, and I always feel refreshed after spending some time outdoors. If you want a unit with extra high ceilings, the first and eighth floors are the perfect locations for this. The gym on-site is always clean and has state-of-the-art equipment. As a result, I've never had to wait for any of the machines, even when many people work out at once. Windsor at Doral also has excellent features like covered parking and visitor parking. This is really important, especially since the location is so great. It's always nice to know that you can come home and your car will be protected from the rain or the sun. The visitor parking is also a big plus. It's really helpful that Windsor at Doral provides a place for guests to park when they visit. This makes it easy for everyone to enjoy time together. Very wonderful place. I love living here! i live in the 8 floor apt and all is everytime perfect, clean as well as the first floor. The amenities are amazing and the management and maintenance team professional and fast to resolve anything. Maybe missing a sauna and the descent for the disabled in the 2, 3, 4, 5 floor car parks, useful for wheelchairs and for personal trolleys. But the community is so amazing that i'm sure to live here for many years. I see someone that says " is noisy....... absolutely no! All the planes flying over don't hear with the windows closed. In writing this review as a disclaimer I am here on business for 3 months and in only being here for a short period I am basing this review on my first months experience at the condo. Personally my experience was not one I was familiar with and I travel often for business. With that said, I would not care to repeat the experience; as I enjoy sleep. The room was furnished by the property and needless to say furnished should be rephrased as staged. The quality for the cost per month is sadly lacking in my personal opinion. From the cheap pots and pans to the lack of a ceiling fan or an overhead light in the bedroom it just felt cheap. One positive is the gym as it is nicely equipped; however, lacking certain items of a fully furnished gym. Regarding the gym, in staying in the condos for a month the spin class training video monitor has been absent sound for two weeks. One other item to mention is the noise as you can hear the family or person above you stomp around constantly so sleep has been a challenge as it is different to sleep with the noise. Also, apparently the Miami Airport flight path is directly over the complex so you here the planes as well. If you are on the lake side view of the condos be sure to request black out curtains as well as the light in the rooms is bright even at 3:30 am. I've lived at the Windsor at Doral for almost a year now. I'm consistently surprised more people don't know about this place. It's beautiful, clean and safe. It feels like vacation. Great location. Great Amenities. A1 leasing office and staff. Great for families, military/veterans, graduate students, and business professionals. I lucked up by already living here when COVID-19 struck. Safety has been the management team's highest priority, but I've not felt like I was locked away. There's a beautiful body of water behind the property and a bunch of walking areas in the surrounding neighborhood. It's made me wonder if I was really under the shelter-in-place order. I really like this place. It is like living in a hotel. The only problem is the footsteps in the apartment above, which can be heard (if the neighbor is not very considerate). I've been a resident here for almost 2 years. I love the community! Clean, quiet, peaceful! The staff in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful! The building manager (Yelitza Belcazar) will go above and beyond, she has a can-do attitude, combined with knowledge and attention to detail, which makes her your 'go to' person. I'm not even sure how to rate this. Once new management & staff took over this place was just no longer the same. I wouldn't recommend once we moved out its been hell to get a hold of anyone regarding some issues we had regarding payment and mail. Cilene is amazing such a sweet heart other than that I'm just so very disappointed. Don't let the nice looks fool you. Our light fixtures under the cabinets never got fixed so many excuses like they are changing the whole electricity. Pet waste everywhere it's disgusting cleaning staff are amazing but the ppl that live there for most part so inconsiderate. I'm just so upset glad I finally moved my new building is amazing. Update on lights: they never ever worked since our first month there. Without those lights as any resident who lives here would know, you can't see well when you're preparing food or cooking without them. We placed multiple work orders from maintenance for this & they would come change the light out that would only last one week and that's it because it wAs an electrical problem not light bulb. We got tired of this and just dealt not having kitchen lights under the cabinets. It is a beautiful building, but you should ask every question possible and walk the property properly before you decide to move in. Two fire exits appear locked, but you just need to know the trick to open them (which still doesn't seem safe) - For example, I hurt my foot on the doggie park fire hydrant (because there are no lights there at night) and couldn't get out of the fire exit because I couldn't see the lever I need to force open with my FOB even when I did know the trick. My husband had to re-arrange his schedule to walk the dogs while I was out of town because it was so difficult to get an extra FOB for a dog walker, although Jelitza was really nice and worked on a resolution. Also the hot water sucks. It takes forever to get the hot water going, and if you want to take a hot bath, boil some because the hot water runs out before the bath fills. Also watch out for stepping on dog poop at night, it blends in with the grass and people don't pick it up until morning - especially in the dog park. read more

I lived here for 1 full year. While here there were multiple problems that occurred. For one, I was paying good money to live in this luxury apartment. The residences themselves would rent out their apartments on travel sites and use them as a hotel for $150 a night or so. One night there was a group of people staying below us who were blasting music extremely loud, and being loud on the driveway where we could hear them. These were not even residents but people who rented out the building. Then, when we moved out, the company charged us for cleaning the carpets in our apartment as well as fixing a non existent broken tile in the bathroom. This took away from our security deposit however is completely unreasonable and uncalled for. The carpets never had a single thing spilt on them, were vacuumed regularly, and there was NO broken tile in the bathroom. If you want to live here becuase you think it looks nice go ahead, its bleak and actually a very good aesthetic for crappy management. Also the pool isn't even heated so like what's the point of paying that much. It's fake nice as I like to call things. There are better options opening up in doral as of late, go to one of those. read more
