This morning, 9:30 am March 14th was the absolute worst at the Hamburg store. From the parking lot, I called the store 6 times and waited on hold for quite a while each time but nobody picked up. I wanted to place a simple curbside pickup order for one bottle. Finally I walked up to the front door, looked in and saw two employees standing behind counter doing nothing. I motioned to them that I was calling them, but they acted clueless. From the door I asked them if someone could just help me outside (again, they were doing nothing but talking). Finally the woman who identified herself as the manager came to the door. When I told her I was calling for a curbside order, she very nastily said "we'll it's a 2 hour wait for a curbside. That's the store policy." Great customer service! Great "can do" attitude. This is why you job will go away and why everyone wants better online sales in PA. Vince, I hope you read this and take some action. You know that if I took the time to complain, there are 99 others who just walked away disappointed.
