This was truly 5-star service and one part of the trip I didn't have to worry about at all. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was clear, and everything ran exactly on time. When we were dropped off at the airport, my son accidentally left his phone in the car. During our holiday party, the driver refused to transport employees to pre-approved locations--despite written confirmation at the time of booking, which I retained. The three stops were all within half a mile of each other, and the venue itself was only three miles away, making the refusal both illogical and unnecessary. The driver was abrasive with our employees, and dispatch was equally unpleasant. While I understand the driver was following instructions, his tone and handling of the situation were entirely within his control and were unprofessional. The only resolution offered was removal of the driver's tip, which failed to address the broader issue of how the situation was managed by the team as a whole. Despite this, I gave Elite another opportunity for a Yankees game outing--and unfortunately, it was another poor experience. The bus's air conditioning was not functioning on the way down in 80-degree weather, making the ride extremely uncomfortable. We arrived at the stadium hot, sweaty, and exhausted. When I followed up the next day, the manager, Chelsea, was dismissive and unwilling to take any responsibility for the malfunctioning A/C or radio, citing that the vehicle had passed inspection prior to dispatch. She also questioned why I didn't report the issue immediately when the bus arrived, which was frustrating and misplaced. We were communicating with Ricardo (our very pleasant driver) how hot it was and he said it wasn't working properly. (Note: the bus arrived @ 4pm and I emailed them at 5:30pm.) The bottom line though is that it's unclear what could have been done mid-trip to resolve a mechanical issue, and placing that burden on the customer is unreasonable. There appears to be a consistent lack of accountability across the organization. The only remedy offered in both instances was removing the driver's tip, which does not address the root problems. The fact that their only proposed resolution is to remove the driver's tip is telling of how they treat their employees. This was an opportunity to make things right, but instead reinforced my decision not to use Elite again--and to advise others to avoid them as well.

Our driver was waiting for us in the car services pickup and easy to spot thanks to an orange light on the roof. My kids were beyond impressed (as was I) with this sweet Mercedes Benz equipped with massage chairs, wifi and more. Fancy schmancy. We spent a lot of time in traffic making our way to CT, but our driver couldn't have been nicer and very patient. Fortunately, our trip back to LGA on Monday morning was much smoother and we only spent 30 min in a Rudy's car then, but my kids still appreciated all the bells and whistles. And I appreciated not having to navigate the roads of NY in a rental car. Per my request they also provided a booster seat for my 8 year old. One ride from LGA to Darien, CT was over $200 so certainly pricey, but it was a great experience and I'd be likely to use them again.

Boarding was on time but since the pilot flew around severe weather, my flight landed later than it was supposed to. That resulted in me missing the last shuttle (11:15pm) (landed at 12:20). Called the unprofessional dispatch for a refund the next day because me missing the shuttle is "no fault of my own" as they like to say in the confirmation email. Was refused even a partial refund. When asked "what should I have done differently?" Dispatch responded with "I don't know". They knowingly take advantage of people with no care for customer service. This company is straight up robbing their customers. Hypothetically, if you were forced to make a reservation with them, make sure your flight gets in early so you can get on the next shuttle.
