I had a gift certificate that was over one year old, but the expiration date was intentionally left blank on the gift certificate when purchased. Nowhere on the gift certificate did it say that it had to be used within one year, but they would not accept it. They said their [unwritten and unadvertised] policy is 1 year. I spoke to the owner, Tony A, whose response was unprofessional by the way, and he said there was nothing he could possibly do- which we all know is untrue. i'm not one to leave a bad review, but this is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I have been going to nail salons since I was five with my family, today me and my best friend try to do something different and go to a different place they said they could take us right in, so we went there and they sat us down quickly and they started their work very quickly but we both needed a Manny Petty set and the lady took an hour and a half on my acrylic nails and an hour and a half to do gel toes. Then they forgot that we both wanted Manny Petty's, and we sat there for 45 minutes waiting, 3 1/2 hours later, we finally got done. My best friends toe nail is crooked from how she shaped it, the French tip on my nails are smeared and not shaped right . My best friends nails aren't even. I also have several cuts in my nail cuticles from her drill. I would not recommend this place to a friend. read more

Took a chance on Windsor Nail & Spa . It was a nice place and clean. The people were friendly a quiet atmosphere! Very reasonable priced. The gel manicure didn't seem as good quality as Exotic nails in Powdersville . The gel seemed to be something different then what I was used to! The gel was to soft and not hard as I'm used too. Then the man just kept cutting my finger nails, by the time he was done there wasn't much left of the nail. I guess when your in a crunch and your other nail salon is booked you go somewhere else! read more

My daughter came in before her big wedding day, and had a bad experience, not very happy with this company. She brought 5 people with her, to give this company business, the company could not perform. I really wish people would consider other places for your nails, you start with one customer then start with a new customer without finishing the first customer. Very disappointed read more

Very disappointing. I'd give them NO rating if I could. My daughter and I had APPOINTMENTS for pedicures. We arrived on time; we were brought to the bowls to soak. Only two people working but we thought they were finishing up - WRONG. 40 minutes later - with cold water and never being acknowledged again - we left. Only acknowledgement we got was a 'sorry' as we walked out the door!!! Had we been told when we arrived that they were running late and it would be about an hour, we would have come back. Obviously, we will never go back. We wish them good luck - they are going to need it to stay open!!!! Too many other places to go that appreciate their customers. read more

I always get my nails done. I came here to try something new. The lady was rude, made my nail different lengths, and took a whole hour for a "full set". The value is horrible to be $40 for a regular set. They popped of less then a week. Then when I told her she laughed in my face. Very bad experience I would never recommend this to anyone. read more

I'm not the type to ever leave a review anywhere, but I would not return here even if the service was free. When I walked in there was no customers in the salon which I found very odd considering it was a Friday afternoon. However, I looked past it and continued to get a fill in, I now know why there was no other customers.... they didn't take into consideration of my personal wants, I am super un-happy and my thumb nails are shorter than the rest of my nails and each nail is shaped different. On their pricing sheet a gel fill in is $30 and I was charged $40, for terrible nails??? I would literally never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I take care of my 86 year old mom with dementia and wanted to do something for myself with a minimal amount of time to spare so I decided to have a regular manicure at Windsor since I had to go to the Walmart next door. My nails are in great condition; just needed cuticle removal, buffing and "regular" nail polish so as not to strip my natural nails using "gel" polish or powder. This is a process that should be at maximum one hour. It was early and I was the only patron at the time, however, I left there almost FOUR yes FOUR hours later almost in tears after having the nail tech smear the polish twice before it had time to dry by actually touching the nail to see if it was dry! The fourth time, he redid the smeared finger, he used the wrong color polish!! REALLY? Finally, a different tech came to redo the damage, but each time it took 20 minutes to dry because it is "regular" polish. At any rate, they actually NEVER even offered an apology and at time to pay, I questioned, very calmly and nicely, why I was being charged the full price given all of the issues.. only to be told that, "she sets the prices not me and if I did not pay she would call the police on me!" Really!!??? I never said anything about not paying just wondered why I would be charged full price. Having been a corporate brand General Manager of a 3 million/yr restaurant for 5 years and District Mgr for 3 years, excellent customer service and' if there is an issue, recovery is my thing!! This, my friends, was an example of what definitely NOT TO DO!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this salon and recommend YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! read more

I will never visit his place again. There were noisy children there . The floors stools and tables were dirty. I never saw them once clean the utensils. The worker apparently did not know what he was doing. He put top coat on the bottom and then preceded to put three coats of gel nail polish and the then another coat of top coat. When he was addressed about it . Of course he had no idea what you were talking about. Also he performed services that I did not ask for and Again has no idea what you're talking about. I do not recommend this place for service. read more
