Odd seeing these other negative reviews here. I've purchased a few things from Windsor Plywood and always find them to be really friendly and knowledgable. Recently, I rented a pad sander from them, and they were really helpful in getting me set up with the right supplies. read more

Windsor Plywood has two things that are unavailable at the other local stores that carry wood and tools for the woodworker - a wide range of specialized tools and wood products, and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I'm glad we have this store in Vernon! read more

I had purchased vial plank flooring and due to a change in plans I had 11 boxes to return. I was greeted by a very unpleasant fellow named Brian that asked me in a very condescending manner if I did not know how to measure. I've been in customer service management for 30 years, if I had an employee who spoke to a customer in this manner, they would be gone. I believe that this is a cultural issue brought on by the behaviour of local management. read more

I have dealt with Windsor for many years but I will not set my foot in that store ever again. Worst customer service I have ever seen. The installer did damage to our house while doing an installation. He didn't repair it and did not finish the installation. When mentioned to the owner he was just rude. We had to hire another company to come and complete the installation and pay a second time. read more

As I prefer to "shop local", I have been shopping at this business location for years. I ran into my first hiccup recently when an employee damaged my vehicle with some wood. The damage is fairly minor, and when I brought it up with Mike the manager, instead of any interest in seeing the damage or keeping me as a customer, he accused me of doing it myself. Saying your "policy" is if your employee damages a customers property, it is the customers responsibility. After a giant f@ck y@u like that, I am taking my business elswhere. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. Thanks for nothing. an ex-customer. read more

Awful customer service. I do not recommend! While having our…read moreducts cleaned before a new furnace was being installed at the end of July there was damage done to 2 return air grilles & a floor vent, which I advised them of right away. Eric was apologetic & at the time offered to compensate me for the damage by either replacing them or reimbursing me for them. I chose to pick them up myself & advised him I would. It turns out I could not find the right size to replace one of the damaged grilles so I had to let them off the hook for it. They offered to get replacement grilles in mid-September so I sent the measurements I needed..... & that was the last time I heard from Eric. I did manage to get the replacements & have emailed receipts a couple of times now (we dealt with 2 floods in our basement this summer, so it took me a little longer than expected to replace them) I have not yet received a response to any of the emails I have sent in the last 3 months nor have I received the reimbursement that they offered to me when the damage occurred. Very poor customer service - if they were not prepared to reimburse me for the damage that they caused - they should not have suggested it!

I have no hesitation in recommending Scott and Okanagan Bath to anyone needing renovations or new constructions. Scott was very helpful from our first meeting; he listened to my plans/ideas with respect and expertise and was able to create a fair estimate within that first day. During the renovation itself, everything was done with the skill, energy, and cleanliness of a true professional who takes pride in the work. At the end of first day, the work area was likely even cleaner than when he arrived in the morning! The project was completed on time and on budget. And it is easy to see the high quality of both the materials and workmanship of Okanagan Bath. I will be calling Okanagan Bath again to complete another project I have for my home as they have earned both my business and admiration.
