For reference, our property was specifically managed by Bradley Gregg and Glenn Ziser. We were left with no A/C for 2 1/2 days in the middle of summer before anyone came to look at our unit. We also were unable to get in contact with the management team when our septic tank backed up into our lines for 4 days and were unable to wash dishes, shower, or use our toilets. The poor emergency maintenance company did all they could to reach out to them multiple times while we called, left messages, and emailed management, as well. This was after they made us pay for a plumber MONTHS prior because of slow flushing and we were not reimbursed immediately nor was anything remedied when we were told it was because the septic tank was filled to the brim. It took me showing up to their office with pictures of the full tank from months ago and demanding someone to help us for anything to be done. These were just a couple of complaints as I could write for days on their lack of integrity and work ethic. They are about as negligent of a company as they come.

In what should be a routine paperwork transaction, Realty Title managed to make my recent home purchase the worst of any I have ever had and the problems are still going a week later. First, the charges for title insurance were deceitful and unethical at best. They told me they would reduce my charge but what they didn't tell me was that what I had to pay for my lender's title insurance went up by the exact amount that they reduced mine so the overall cost was the same. Then my bank wired them my money at 3:10 PM. The title company said that was after 'the deadline' and that because they didn't have the money earlier they refused to give me the keys to my new house (even though movers were coming the next morning). When asked for clarification, they said they did have the money but that they had a deadline that they imposed (but never told me or my bank about) and told me "I would suggest you should reschedule your movers" because they refused to give me keys and would not be open before the movers were to come the next day. They contacted me the next day to tell me that they had forgotten to get me to sign one of the documents at closing and asked me to drive into the office to sign it. By this point, there was no way as I was juggling movers and installers. And they, of course, said it had to be done that day and though it was their mistake, they would not make any effort. Fortunately, my real estate agent drove to me and had me sign it and returned it. Finally, it is now a week later and my insurance company sends me a note and tells me that the title company has not sent them the money that I paid at closing for my homeowner's insurance premium. Never have I dealt with a worse company. They even make the cable company look almost decent

I messaged her again June 23 and asked if she would call me that day, she did and we discussed 2 properties I had and she said she would send me some comps in the areas to get an idea what we were looking at. Never received anything or heard from her. August 5 I sent another message and she asked for both addresses again which I gave to her, said she would contact me that evening. Nothing. August 7 she said she would refer me to another realtor Kate Luper in her office and that she would be in contact with me. 2 weeks later I still haven't heard anything. I would not recommend this realty company, seems they have no interest in selling homes.
