We found Haley through our venue's preferred vendor list, and from our very first phone call, we knew she was the right fit. She immediately understood our vision, was genuinely excited about our wedding, and brought ideas and solutions to the table for things we hadn't even thought about yet. Throughout the entire planning process, she made us feel supported, informed, and confident that every detail was being handled. One of the things that impressed me most was her attention to detail. She helped us build a comprehensive timeline based on our vision and priorities, worked through layouts and logistics with us, and wasn't afraid to tell us when something might be tight or offer alternative solutions. She helped coordinate vendor logistics, remembered countless details from our conversations, and somehow managed to keep track of all the little pieces we sent her throughout the planning process. She also helped us focus on what truly mattered, which was invaluable when wedding planning started to feel overwhelming. Communication was outstanding. Haley was incredibly easy to reach by text and always responded quickly. At every stage of planning, she made us feel like we were her priority. When wedding weekend arrived, Haley truly took over so that we could actually enjoy it. She coordinated vendor arrivals and setup, handled questions, managed logistics, placed décor and signage, and ensured everything looked exactly as it should. She even added creative touches using our existing décor that elevated the overall look beyond what we had envisioned ourselves. One detail that still makes me smile is that she protected our dessert table all evening, making sure guests didn't accidentally help themselves before the cake cutting so that everything looked beautiful for photos and for our special moment together. Our ceremony was somewhat non-traditional, with no bridal party and a very simple processional. Haley handled everything flawlessly. She made sure everyone knew where they needed to be, coordinated timing with our photographer, and kept everything moving smoothly and gracefully. When it began to lightly sprinkle during our ceremony, Haley didn't miss a beat. I believe she was the one who produced the clear umbrella that led to some of our favorite photos from the entire wedding. Instead of feeling stressed about the weather, we ended up with beautiful, romantic rain pictures that we will treasure forever. One of the moments I will never forget happened right before the ceremony. Everyone else had already gone out, and it was just me and my two nieces waiting. I suddenly realized I hadn't had anyone pray over me and our marriage before I walked down the aisle. I asked Haley if she would pray with me, and without hesitation she did. It was beautiful, heartfelt, and exactly what I needed in that moment. It is a memory I will carry with me forever. Throughout both the ceremony and reception, Haley kept everything on track while remaining flexible when adjustments were needed. She communicated with all of our vendors, solved problems before we even knew they existed, and ensured that every transition happened smoothly. We never had to wonder what was happening because she was always one step ahead. She also made sure we actually got to enjoy our reception. When we entered the room, plates of food were already waiting for us at our seats so that we could eat and take in the evening instead of spending our time standing in buffet lines. It was one of many thoughtful details that demonstrated how much she cared about our experience. The greatest compliment I can give Haley is that I was able to be a bride instead of an event manager. As someone who manages large programs professionally and is naturally very detail-oriented, it is incredibly difficult for me to hand over control. If Haley hadn't been there, I would have spent the entire day answering questions, tracking people down, worrying about timelines, and stressing over where everything needed to go. Instead, I got to relax, spend time with my friends and family, enjoy getting ready, and fully experience every moment of our wedding. Through it all, Haley and her assistant were professional, calm, organized, and smiling. They worked seamlessly with every vendor and made it feel like everyone was part of one team working together to create an incredible experience. If you are considering hiring Haley, do it. She is worth every penny and then some. She didn't just coordinate our wedding--she gave us the gift of being fully present for one of the most important weekends of our lives, and for that we will always be grateful.

We chose an elopement with just my husband and me and our three boys but we still wanted all of the elements a standard wedding! Geneva pulled everything together so perfectly! From the outdoor, waterfront venue to the vintage themed bouquet to the perfect pastor and the photographer... plus ALL the little details in between that I never would have thought of. And it all fit within our budget!!!! She had everything run seamless and smooth and put personal touches on everything. This was no cookie cutter elopement and you could tell she puts every ounce of herself into each event to make it special, whether big or small. She has every document and question you need to help you make sure you are booking the best vendors! The online portal is incredible and so much help! You can tell she put her heart and soul into the whole website, especially the checklist! That checklist kept me on task! Also, it felt great to click the box every time I completed something. If I felt like I hit a wall, Crystal was right there to keep me on track. Also, she is very thorough in planning meetings and will make sure all details, no matter how small, are in order and documented. The preparation Crystal puts in for the wedding day is phenomenal! The hard work she puts in ensures that your wedding day will be the wedding of your dreams! If I ever got married again, Crystal would be the first Vendor I hired!!
